Mouth of the South Salsa

We love their salsa! Typically we would be at Rillito Farmer's market and buy our salsa... Flame and Tame options.... depending on how hot you want your salsa! We have stayed with the Tame and love the freshness of this product!With Covid virus we had the surprise option of their larger jars of salsa and delivery. We meet outside the library and pickup larger jars now every few weeks. Thank goodness because I do not know where I would be if I did not have this salsa on my omelette, tacos, etc. Thank you for great tasting product and service!

YUM! My house loves Mouth of the South's salsa! We go for the "Flame". I first picked some up on 4th Ave. during a street fair and then I most recently discovered it again being sold at Viva Coffeehouse nearby my house. They are also stocked at Dickman's Meat and Deli and Food Conspiracy Co-op on Fourth Avenue. I may be missing some spots. They offer a $2 discount on your next jar if you bring the jar directly back to them, major sustainability points! Highly recommend you pick up a jar and support this small, family run business. I've only known of them from the Farmer's Market at the Rillito racetrack on Sundays, but all very good salsas in whatever heat range you could want.

We fell in love with this salsa the first time we tried it months ago! All of the ingredients are fresh and you can tell. Loving the new salsa chips that we bought this morning. We always buy a few jars at a time because once you open one it is tough to stop eating!

Just discovered this gem while spending the weekend in Sonoita doing some wine tasting. Born and raised in the Southwest, I pride myself on my own salsa but while visiting the mini market in Sonoita, I spotted this stuff. The friendly woman at the counter recommended it, so I grabbed a container. Now we're home, salsa is gone and I found myself here looking for more. I highly recommend Mouth of the South Salsa.

I wish I could give this more stars. Every time I'm in Tucson I pick up at least 6 jars to bring home. I'm currently standing in my kitchen on Long Island eating this over grilled chicken. It's amazing!!!

This is some of the best salsa I have ever had. One of my favorite things is that they don't rely on mouth numbing peppers to make you like it. The spices in it are to die for. If you are ever even remotely near it, stop in to get some of this amazing salsa.

I was disappointed in your jar return policy, as I feel you are misleading. I'm sure it wasn't your intention to do so, but if you say that it's $8 for a jar of salsa and if you bring the jar back it's $6, then people assume they will get $2 back (even if they don't want a refill). Yes, your salsa is good but $8 worth? I'm sorry, I honestly don't think so, especially after this lack of transparency.

Delicious salsa! Perfect amounts & combinations of all ingredients! This salsa did not last long in our house!

SERIOUSLY great salsa! I bought a jar of the hottest at a local event and it was gone within hours of opening it. I hope you do well and hope to see your salsa all over town and beyond.SO good!
