Mountain View Animal Clinic

Can I give 10 stars??? Words cannot describe what a gift this animal clinic is! My entire family just adores them!

5 hours ago I had to put down my 16 1/2 year old labradoodle, Bailey girl. She was absolutely adored and this was one of the worst things I have ever had to do. MVAC was absolutely amazing. I walked in and couldn't even speak and they hugged me, helped me with Bailey, took me to a comfort room with a giant dog bed and allowed me to just lay and love on my girl one last time. They let me take all the time I needed and gently helped us through the process, loving on Bailey the whole time, speaking sweetly to her and holding me as well. Dr Seidel and her team were kind, compassionate, caring, loving during one of my darkest days. I am grateful.

We've been bringing our girls Poppy and Violet here for roughly 3 years now. We made the switch from another great southeast side vet purely due to the closeness to our house and convenience, along with a strong recommendation from a friend. So far so great. Vet's on staff are very knowledgeable and appear to enjoy their work (matters when you are talking about your fur babies!) Their staff also seem super engaged and happy which speaks to the management of the practice itself in my experience. We are always able to get appointments when we need to, although our girls are relatively healthy.

New arrival to town and needed a health check for an anxious kitty. Chatting to front desk was pleasant, and got us an appt the following week. Dr Terese took great care of our boycat, taking the time to ensure all of our questions were answered. Very thorough and reasonable care $60 for visit and quick response for compounded RX needing their approval via Chewy. She also has a Bengal so that was an extra bonus to share our Bengal love. I had to put my Archie, Ridgeback mix, down. He was 14 years old and it sadden me to do that. The staff was great. You couldn't ask for better.Thank youJay g.

Was a little over a month overdue for a vaccine for my dog. Called to make an appointment and spoke to Melinda and explained i needed to update my dog's vaccination and heartworm test. She scheduled me right away the same day... great! Arrived and sat in the waiting room. Vet tech came out to explain since he was over a month overdue they couldn't just do the normal vaccination and they don't do the 2-3 yr one i wanted. I felt stuck and unsure why we weren't taken back to a room to speak with a vet. Agreed out of distress. Husband took dog out to the car afterwards and i had the displeasure of speaking with Crystal and asked why i wasn't informed of any issues when i booked the appointment. very unpleasant and stated we wouldn't be back in the 3-4 weeks for the ridiculous booster. She was oh so happy to say she'd get the records and when asked for veterinary referrals she was flippant to say there were plenty in the area. Do not go here. the veterinarians may be great but their staff is snotty, untrained, and incompetent.

Excellent veterinarian, highly recommended!. The entire staff is very caring to our dogs !. They are all awesome! Highly knowledgeable veterinarian. Thank you for taking such great care of our dogs. They are always available to get my dogs an appointment. Laurie C.

This vet clinic has always taken care of my fur child when needed, even when I was a returning client. From front to back staff and drs, everyone makes you feel welcome. I don't remember the last Dr I just seen, but she was the sweetest and the techs took amazing care of my Morty when I was in a panic. Highly recommend Mountain View for your pet needs.

This clinic has changed so much. The staff is great, my dog was comfortable seeing the vet. The Vet was down to earth. Pricing is reasonable

Love, love, love this vet office!! Have had appointments with both veterinarians, they are both great! Had to make the difficult decision to euthanize two beloved pets. Received the information I needed and honest opinion of the doctor, which helped me make the right choice for my pets. Everyone at this clinic was so kind and provided a wonderful environment to say goodbye, for now, to my fur babies.Two other pets had to have some pretty extensive dental treatment done. They were very well cared for during and after their surgery. I highly recommend this office.
