Very great staff, always very knowledgeable and friendly when you come in. They are very professional and the owner makes you feel very welcome. The layout of the place is very inviting as well! Overall I'd suggest this place first than any other smoke shop.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you might have. The juice flavors are really good they have a good selection of devices as well as pre made juice. Highly recommend them if you're planning on switching from cigarettes or if you need anything for your device or juice needs.

Moved to AZ from FL was looking for a place that could order what I wanted or make something close to it. Went online looking cause I don't like to order online a lot and a coworker told me about monsoon and plus I found it online so I went in and loved it the owner and people there were awesome. They are great and if I need anything and they don't have it they will do what they can to order it.

The staff helped me a lot when I walked in clueless on the best way to use a vape to step down from cigarettes. They talked me through the different options, flavors and how to proceed. I felt comfortable and not judged. Thank you!

I dont think this store even deserves a 1 star... if there were options for 0 stars id pick that. I had contacted them via messenger and wanted to know if they had a certain mod available and they said yes many colors including green red black grey . I told them thank you that i was looking at a green one and that id come by to check them out. Well i wasnt able to make it :-( but the next day i asked them if they had the mod still and they went off on me saying they sold all of thier mods and that i should have went when i promised them because they saved me a red one but had to sell it since i never showed. Well for 1 i never asked them to reserve one and 2 i wanted a green one... anyways so i left them a negative review explaining exactly what i explained above but more detail and they messaged me back banning me from there store and that they rate me a 0 as a person and they blocked my review from public view... idk how they still run as a business. They are nothing but rude anytime ive contacted them before this incident.

Very friendly owners and excellent selection of juices, some made in-house as well as premium juices ordered in. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I left with the products I wanted. I will definitely be back because while there are many vape shops in the area, this shop seems to have wonderful customer service and good prices.

If I'd known this place made its own juice to my liking, I'd have shopped here all along. They also have the equipment a person needs also very nice customer service.

If I could give more than 5stars. I would. Monsoon vapors is the place to be during these troubled times. The team that works there does their best to work with customer relations...To make sure you get what you are asking for. The prices are almost too good to be true. I had to verify the authenticity because the prices were so good I thought I had purchased knock-offs. and after doing research and verifying thru the brand company...found everything to be Legitimate-Authentic- and most up to date product! better than i could have hoped for. Forget ordering online anymore: No shipping prices, or damaged or stolen packages. This alleviated a headache and the shops right down the road. Will let my friends/family know to come here. Everything near perfect. I hope you have as good if not better experience than i had. Haven't felt more at home in a shop. Cheers

Yo..just wanted to say that if you enjoy vaping almost absolutely flavorless juice which I just dont understand. Is the flavoring the most expensive component of liquid. I mean i cant see skimping on the flavor unless that was the case. I dont claim to be able to make it any better,or at all for that matter. However there are several places that monumentally out do this place. Please go directly to OLD PUEBLO VAPOR LOUNGE..RED STAR VAPE. and that's the only two places that are doing it right. In your face coat your mouth with sweet perfect amount of the best flavors EVER! I don't know why your juice is sucky monsoon vapor but ya need to get a handle on it. Steaping maybe..no I tried that with the one bottle I got there and that didnt help. So idk I feel bad writing this but the truth is the truth and trurhfull I couldn't sleep at night thi bbn king that people may be selling themselves short on flavor by going here. Anyone reading I've been vaping almost 10 years and have tried all of Tucson's vape shops. Thanks for reading
