I have reviewed their other location (Pantano) positively, and have moved on to this location for convenience. I've brought two vehicles in for several different services and they have fixed them up quickly and at a reasonable price. Also quite friendly and polite, and I appreciate their expertise with Mercedes Benz.I will keep coming here for my auto repair needs for sure, unless I buy a new vehicle with a factory warranty (which is unlikely given the crazy new car market pricing!)So I recommend Monsoon, especially if you have an MB or other European vehicle, which is their specialty. The balance of quality work and price is greatly appreciated.

This review is long overdue. I took my car in about two months ago for an issue that I attempted to do myself. When I went in to make an appointment, I told the representative at the counter what I had done already. He immediately said that when they replace the part I had already replaced, they usually replace a harness that goes with it. He asked me if I had replaced the harness, at which time I told him I had not. The day came when I dropped off my car for repair. I was called couple hours later and told that it was in fact the harness that was bad. He did not attempt to upsell anything , but they did tell me there were a couple other items that required attention on my car and to keep an eye on them. When they told me this, I first thought to myself, well here it comes. However, it did not. I had to wait for them to order the part because it was not something that anyone locally had in stock. When I took my car back for repair, it was done relatively quick at a price that was more than satisfactory. Everyone there was very professional, the shop was very clean, and the work was done in a very timely manner. I went there because my son has been going there when he needs repair work done. When I looked online I saw they had a 4.8 star review I was surprised because this is very uncommon for an auto repair shop. I would highly recommend Monsoon Automotive Repair to anyone. Everything was top notch.

Amazing service!!! They got me in as soon as possible, had the parts I needed for a 1980 Mercedes 300cd & repair was done by the end of the day. The guys up front were happy to help with any other questions I had, & encouraged me to call if i needed anything else answered. Saw a few people pop in just to have a chat with them about their cars, or just to say hello. They're obviously a very stand-up business with kind & helpful mechanics. If I lived in Tucson, this would be my one-stop shop for all things car related.

While these guys specialize in servicing Mercedes, they give first class service to everyone - even if you have a Chevy. Always a fair price and quick turnarounds. Eager to offer Lyft service if It going to take a bit longer (so much better than the smelly shuttle that O'Rielly uses).

I've been taking my cars to Rick for years! Highly recommended! If you are in need of an honest knowledgeable auto mechanic, Monsoon is the place to go. Schedule an appointment because they stay busy, but, the job WILL get done, the right way.

They are the nicest and most honest repair shop I have ever had. So many times in the past I have gone in for a oil change and they come back with a bill that is anywhere between 500.00-3000.00 to get these things fixed, which of course they noticed while doing a 30.00 oil change. The Manager Matt is very knowledgeable, helpful, and gives suggestions and or options to do. This is the only place I will take my vehicles in the future.

Installed a bad transmission and it broke 4 days later. Had to take it to a transmission shop for a diagnostic. They know it needed fixed because they emailed the diagnostic report since they aren't qualified to fix it and "warranty" says it needs to go to the dealership they've pretty much wiped their hands clean of the situations. I had to call both places multiple times for 11 weeks to get my van back. They took my money and basically pushing it on to everyone else to fix claiming "they've done everything possible". Also said the transmission was new and sold me on it, dealership told me it was a rebuild and when questioned they said they would look in to it and call me back. Still no call back. If you have a transmission problem DO NOT take it here, take it to someone who is actually qualified to install start to finish efficiently

Ask for Jerry, he will treat you like a neighbor and you can trust their work. That's a lot to say in itself for a business, but for an automotive mechanic it's the most important thing! Honest, friendly, reasonable and fast!They do it all!

Giving this place a 5. Not only are these guys super cool and friendly. They go above and beyond. I've been taking my car here for just about a year now. They know by me just calling and describing whats going on with it. They are by far the most honest and genuine automotive garage you will go to.
