So, first..I'm a female and these gentlemen are awesome! I'm always taken advantage of..they DO NOT! I feel comfortable and safe! Monsoon is the BEST place I've ever been. 2, if you don't need anything done..they'll tell you. 3. I'll say it again!! Best/honest place ever. Especially coming from someone who is always taken advantage of. Please, coming from a female...go to Monsoon!!

Brought my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to diagnose a transmission slipping problem. They said it was low a quart and added it. They did not claim that was the fix. Never got an accurate diagnosis which isn't my complaint. I went to swap the transmission out. Before I started I checked the fluid level. It was overfilled by about a quart. While not the cause of my problems, I nonetheless paid for that extra quart and it can damage a transmission. They advertise expertise in transmissions but yet they made such a simple mistake. The should at least remove the claim about being transmissions.

I've been to both locations now with two different vehicles, and am a fan. Most interesting for me is that both the owner and one of the managers are Mercedes Benz master tech certified so I felt very confident my MB was in good hands. Also important to me are accurate appointment times, and they have been spot-on for both my appointment slots. Excellent communication, and solid repairs (from what I can tell so far!) round out the quality experience here. Good team, I suggest you try them out.

Without a doubt the best mechanic shop in Tucson. Every person is treated like a person. If there are multiple options for fixing your car they'll let you know. Very competitive pricing. I've yet to be shocked at the pricing. Honest crew. Great mechanics. Personalized service. Affordable work.

Many years ago when I had less money I drove high mileage used cars. Every breakdown was a drag. Encounters with a service shops most often were not pleasant. Rarely was I treated fairly though there were rare exceptions. Eventually I became more successful and for the past 25 years I live by a specific rule regarding automobiles. I will not own any vehicle not under factory warranty. Not for one day. That means I own no cars past their factory warranty. So, no keeping cars past warranty and no cool vintage collectible cars. Life is too short to be hustled by a post warranty service center. Especially shops backed up with heavily used cars. I feel sorry for these struggling folks with broken cars as most shops pillage them. At least factory dealerships if you are off warranty have to follow some factory guidelines. But small shops pillage. Recently I needed to use an old Ford van for a film production. And so I wanted it to be reliable for the filming period. Unfortunately that meant bringing it to an automotive shop fixing older cars out of warranty. I wont go into specifics regarding my experience with Monsoon Automotive. I will simply say I do not recommend them and would not for any reason bring any vehicle to them again.

Sad I can't give zero stars. My husbands car was here for close to 21 days. If we wanted an update, we had to call them. If we say we needed the car back by a certain day? Too bad. This put us in such a bind logistically and was extremely frustrating. To make things worse, The original issue was so badly misdiagnosed that we ended up paying close to $3000 and the car is STILL having issues. We are obviously not going back to this shop and will advise everyone we know to steer clear.

Hey I've heard some mixed reviews here but I took my car in with a blinker and headlight issue they fix it in three hours for 100 bucks so if you can do better than that start your own business I think Seth is pretty clever there no nonsense not gotta cuddle you but good job

They are totally legit . They work with you and are reasonable and very friendly . Seth and his men found an electrical issue no one else could.
