We love our home at Boulder Pass. From the sales agent Peggy, to the building super Ben, everyone was a pleasure to work with while our home was being built. What brought us to this house tracking was the value of the product. Their standard offerings are superior to most of the competition. And the cost of up grading was cheaper than most other homes in the area as well. When you shop a new home don't be fooled by low ball offerings that cost a fortune to upgrade. Look at the over all cost of your finished product. It's then you'll see the real value of the Miramonte Boulder Pass offerings. Just ask the people who live here- they will tell you why they moved into the neighborhood.

Our Miramonte home in the Boulder Pass subdivision on Dove Mountain is the fourth new "spec" home my wife and I have purchased in our 31 years together. I can say without any hesitation whatsoever that it is the most well-built home of the four. I'm a stickler for details and although we've lived in our home for five months now, I'm still noticing the "little things"where extra attention to details were given their due attention. In addition, their follow-up warranty services (touch-up items) were scheduled and performed quickly and with no hesitation on their part. I'm aware of other, less flattering reviews, but I honestly feel that their site supervisor in our development is a real pro who closely watches his subcontractors and holds them accountable for their work.

We bought a new home from Miramonte Homes in January, did a walk through at that time. Found many construction defects and poor workmanship issues. Nothing done for months. Did our 30 day walk in June because we were out of town. Wrote up the same construction defects and poor workmanship issues at that time, Here we are fast approaching September and still our concerns just ignored. A Customer Service Representive came by many times, but our concerns are still just ignored. At this time, we would not recommend this builder. Peter B.

This review is for: Miramonte at the RiverThis is one of the worst places to live in Tucson. The HOA has willingly hired B & C towing to tow cars from the streets of this neighborhood WITHOUT any warning to guests. We went to visit a friend at this place for dinner. As it was dark, no signs are visible - nor was our host aware of such a policy. By the end of dinner, our cars were towed. The cars were NOT blocking any driveways, or fire hydrants, etc... Yes, for some unknown reasons, our cars were towed. In other neighborhoods with similar policies, it is common to get a warning prior to towing. Either way, the experience here - echoed by many - was horrible. I would NOT want to live in a neighborhood with this type of HOA or neighbors. Either the HOA is getting a kickback from the towing company, OR the neighbors are simply horrible people. If you had a problem with these people, I highly recommend filing a complaint with the BBB and/or Attorney General Office.

About Sabino Terrace Place...scuppers are not long enough and the rain falls on and stains the dry fete walla of the structure. Builders say that is standard. Low standard?
