Milagros Family Healthcare

When I moved to Green Valley 2 years ago I had several health issues requiring prescriptions and monitorin. Imagine my surprise to not be able to locate a single doctor in Green Valley Az for senior healthcare needs. I contacted Banner and was able to schedule a new patient appointment 13 months out from the time of scheduling. I reserved the appointment then found ZocDoc on a google search and called Lisnet's office at Milagros In South Tucson. Got an appointment within a few days. I was very impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness. The only drawback for me was needing a ride to her office from Green Valley. Lisnet made some medication changes and ordered tests I needed. She immediately referred me to specialists for specific testing and they were quick to book and good. The only reason I stopped seeing Lisnet was the 13 month appt with Banner in Green Valley finally arrived and I went as it was 2 miles from home. The MD I have been seeing is alright but not as good as Lisnet. If you are at all able to get an appointment within her, you will not regret it.

My NFP retired and I was looking for a new Primary Care Physician when I found Lisnet in my search. I decided to go to her practice and am so happy I did. She spent time with me going over my health history and gave me options I have never heard of for auto immune diseases that I have been dealing with . Some new some old. I'm grateful that I found her and find her demeanor and bedside manner refreshing in a world where healthcare can make us seem like a number and not the human beings we are. Thank you for such great care!

NP Lisnet is the most caring and knowledgeable person ever. She helped me to understand my health concerns and gave me really good advice. Now I feel better and I'm back out on the running trail. I couldn't be happier to have found NP Lisnet! I recommend her practice to anyone in need of superior health care. Thank you!!

Ok, so you want a really good health care provider! People in the office who can listen to you and then help you! How about a Doctor that listens to you and works very hard to make sure you have been cared for annd gets the facts and treats you with respect. I am older and I remember the good ol days when you went to your family health care provider and they cared! This is what you get with Milagros family health center, Np. Lisnet Jorge, and the office staff Manager Ax. Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable. She covers everything! Very nice people to deal with, I can't say enough good things about them! They have helped both my wife and I both. I won't go anywhere else! They are all true professionals! But they treat you like a friend or better yet.... Like family! My primary referred me to an endocrinologist but while waiting until two months to see them, I went to Mrs. Lis. She did a better job than my primary and placed me on the right meds after doing blood work. She even requested an ultrasound after I told her my neck felt swollen at night and she did note that it felt abnormal. I finally saw my endocrinologist yesterday and it was a complete waste of time and money. I didn't tell her I was on different meds or that I had an ultrasound just to see how good they were. She did say my neck felt abnormal but didn't bother to refer me for an ultrasound. She told me to return in eight weeks to see how levothyroxine is working for me because if it is not, then they'll place me on a T3 med. I told her I was already on it thanks to someone else. Why wait so long to do this when you clearly see I have struggled for a while now? Ms. Lis is the best and I can't thank her enough for listening to me. Finally someone who doesn't treat me like I'm exaggerating and takes the time to find the root of the problem.
