Mike's Laundromat

The attendant was in pissy mood. Man trouble apparently. Not my fault he left you. She needs more than a free lunch. The machine timers a little off. You can barely notice it, but at the end of the day I'm sure they're coming up extra $$. Set my mood for the day. I'd rather drive farther and pay more to do laundry.

This is the best laundromat I have ever been to! Jammie, the assistant up front is amazing, she deserves the BIGGEST raise. She was so helpful and informative! It's nice to see when people are enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile. I will definitely return if I need to wash large items!

I'm being asked how my visit went. I haven't gone. Unless I haul my laundry over there on a city bus or carry it on my back. The laundry room here where I live is coinless due to an act of vandalism so the machine owners exclude those of us who pay cash. So now, I contemplate doing my laundry in the bathtub.

I usually do laundry while on vacay and get nervous about finding a good and safe laundromat. I checked out the reviews to find this place. Then, later realized when I was near that most of the reviews were a few years old. Place is still clean and machines work. There was a steady flow of people. I felt safe with an attendant present and she was helpful. My coin got stuck and I just needed to be a little more aggressive in pressing the return coin button haha! Quarter machine change available and I used the $2.25 washer and the dryer is $.25/6 minutes. Will likely be back when I return to the area for another Tennis Tournament.

The place is clean and I've never seen a broken machine here. No riff-raff hanging around thanks to the attendant. However, closing the vending area during business hours to mop the floor is ridiculous. I had to wait 30 minutes to buy any laundry detergent. Unacceptable.

It never fails, anytime I am on vacation for more than 3 days, I get the urge to do laundry. (These urges NEVER occur at home) So we find ourselves in Tucson, for a baseball tournament and also a volleyball tournament. My hotel didn't have laundry facilities and so this one was the one that the hotel recommended. It was less than 10 mins away and it opens daily at 8:00am. We arrived at about 9:45am on a Sunday morning, and this place was already busy. There were already about a dozen patrons in the shop and about 75% of all the washers were in use. We were able to find single and double washers available. The shop is clean, has a clean restroom, the prerequisite laundry soap dispenser and soda/snack machine. There is also an attendant on duty. There are ample seats and about a dozen laundry carts available for use. Overall, if you find yourself in the area, I would recommend using this laundromat, based on my experience here today.

Clean laundromat, there's a change machine and staff available to help with any needs/questions. Normal pricing for a laundromat ($1.50) for a simple wash.Bottom line, I like CLEAN and MAINTAINED washer and driers and this place has it.

I have to drive across town to use this laundromat, but it's worth it. It is clean and the machines seem to work as they are supposed to. Even if one would malfunction, there are people in the building who are probably authorized to refund money or rectify the situation. Fortunately, I never had to put it to the test, because every washer and/or dryer I have used, did exactly what it was supposed to do. I have observed people come in just to clean. They are not owners, but employees. This tells me that whoever owns this business is willing to employ people to make sure it is clean. I have had some horrible laundromat experiences in the neighborhood I currently live in. I've never been more aware of the differences between laundromats, nor the impact they have on my life. I'm grateful to have a decent place to do my laundry.

Another Yelper asked why I gave Mike's only three stars originally when I had nothing but good things to say....and I think he is right so I am bumping it up to four stars.

Great laundry! Clean, attendant on duty. The attendants are friendly and helpful. The machines are reasonably priced and work well. You can do your own laundry or use their wash-dry-fold drop off/pick up service. They have a change machine.I highly recommend this laundry!
