And there she is the best bartender in Tucson Maddy is the bomb!!
Sports grill and neighborhood bar that took over formerly Throwbacks and Famous Sam's. Comfort food, pool tables, screened in outside area.
If you see us two, we're probably up to no good.
Intense poker nights on Friday
Just been typical goofballs
Typical shenanigans

Fun sports bar with lots of TV and cold beers at a good price. It can get a little rowdy on the weekend night but it's a good spot to grab a drink and watch a game. Friday nights starting around 7:30 pm there is a poker tournament with $60 buy in. There is two pool/billiards tables and sports betting room. Service is attentive at the bar but takes a while at a table.

This is your spot if you are looking for dive bar with cheap beers and drinks, as well as classic American bar food! We came in on a Friday night and self seated at a booth. The waitress was over right away to get our drink and food orders. This is not the type of place for creative cocktails or upscale dining - instead, this is an unglamorous, small drinking establishment with an eclectic playlist of music and great service. We got the southwest burger and BLT both with seasoned fries, which totally hit the spot with our drinks. There are also pool tables and poker games. Check this place out if you want some cheap drinks and a quick bite.

Weird reviews, they may be outdated, some appeared made up. I've been here a few times over the last year & have always had good service from both male & female bartenders. I talked with guests who were cooks/chefs at local restaurants & they agreed that the criticism was so ridiculous that it had to be fabricated. I haven't eaten here yet, beyond a wing or two a friend let me try (which were really good!), but the beers are cold, the price is right, & they do poker tournaments on Tuesday & Friday night along with having an off track betting room in the back. I made my picks for the upcoming UFC as well as made some teaser bets on the Thanksgiving football games. I would have to order a meal here before bumping them up to 5 stars, but I've got no problem giving them a 4 star rating right now.

Real shitty dive bar, but the establishment has good staff, and the building has good bones. So maybe it's not that bad? What I liked: Plenty of TVs around. Plenty of booth seating. 64 ounce pitchers at great prices. The semi-enclosed patio dedicated for smoking that has the pool table in it, which I bet is a big hit in cooler months. I was here on a quiet, spontaneous date, and the rest of the clientele seemed to be a bunch of sad, single men in their 40s and 50s, playing old music on the jukebox and ogling the bartender, who was admittedly really funny and a natural at her job. Just know the vibe you're getting before you visit. They have a kitchen that's open late night, and it served me the worst pretzel I have ever seen. But for some reason I could still envision myself ordering another while really sloshed some day. That is the true spirit of the dive bar.

I been to many sports bars here in Tucson but this place is where it's at! The evening staff is amazing. The bartender Maddy & Jenna are a blast. The food is pretty kick ass. Daniel the Cook makes a amazing Philly steak and cheese. I love you guys!!! I have the best times here..

Dive bar in central Tucson. Prices are reasonable, the appetizers on the menu are $1 off during Happy Hour. Played pool with friends and enjoyed some crispy french fries, the hand dipped chicken strips were really dry, would not order them again. We ended up in the smoking room for a bit to play pool out of the way of a poker tournament, the room could use a lot of TLC, seems to have been abandoned. Friendly dive bar, seems to have a lot of regulars, staff was friendly. Would return again if looking for pool and dive bar scene.

Great over environment and nice and chill bar. Mac and cheese burger was yummy. Only complaint I have is hearing what's new pussycat by Tom jones over and over again!!! It drove me crazy maybe a better playlist! But besides that a great bar.

I moved into an apartment building across the street from Midtown two years ago. I'd migrated from Chicago, so I didn't know anyone here. I went to Midtown and met some friendly patrons and the owner Frank. I asked about their fried mushrooms, he said they make them fresh in house and gave me two to sample on my dinner plate...the rest was history! I told him that they were battered the same way and tasted like a Chicago chicken place called Brown's Chicken. Everyone went to Brown's for the mushrooms!!! I have since moved to another apartment building, but when I visit my old neighborhood now I go to Midtown just for the mushrooms. Last night Frank was there, who I haven't seen in awhile. He remembered me and came up to our table to say hello. I thought that was special. This is a comfortable, casual spot to drop in.

I went in there and was apparently in the restroom to long so they refused me service and then as me and two of my friends were walking out they threatened to "beat our ass" mind you we are three women and the bartender and his friend which were two grown men. I don't recommend going to this place especially if your a female because the men that work there try to bully women. Pretty pathetic of some grown men if I do say so myself.
