MHC Primary Care Health Center

I feel people who have negative experiences are more likely to leave reviews. I have been established here for over a year and honestly the quality of care and empathy is outstanding. I've never had to wait super long and all the receptionists are super friendly and courteous every time. Everyone who works here is professional and caring. Nothing but trust and respect for this establishment. Very clean and orderly.

This place is truly a slice of the twilight zone. Absolutely creepy. They gave my info to another company, P3, and that company called me endlessly, in a tirade that was so abusive that I had to threaten them with legal action. MHC never gave me a rationale explanation. No one in this company will ever take responsibility for their actions. There were numerous violations of my privacy from MHC, despite very firm boundaries on my part. They continually called me, harassing me to schedule appointments. They didn't defer to the practitioner. And let's talk about the elephant in the room. You will never see an MD. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants are losers who couldn't get into medical school. But worse is their hubris and arrogance. This place doesn't even engage in proper patient education. I'm done talking with these losers. It's time to inform the public so they can protect themselves from assholes like MHC.

Walk in labs took a long time in the waiting room but I got labs drawn after my appointment and the lady who drew my blood WAS AMAZING. Hands down the best phlebotomist I've ever had.

So this Doctor Alicia Costentino Use* to work at Northwest Medical (and Please Please read a review on this doctor before hiring her as your OBGYN. She was fired from Northwest I believe because she hurt a LOT of Ahcccs Patient from what I heard from a Doctor friend. She Lied to me when I had her and messed up a a stitch when I had my first baby, she left me infected and because I had State insurance she new I couldn't afford a law suit. She left me so infected in my uterus after I had my baby for 6 months and kept brushing me off about my concerns. I would highly Never Ever see her and refer her to the Medical board. It seemed all she wanted to perform was a C-section on me which i kept telling her no and she would get furious at me. My Child is healthy TG but I'm now looking into a plastic surgeon. GL if you choose to go with the prescriber.

My mom moved and transferred her Healthcare to this office, doctor refused to fill my mom's mental health meds, doctor is unreachable, stay away from this office, find better. Uncaring doctors here.

They deserve negative stars here Theresa Jones, FNP. I did a follow up with her after getting out of the hospital or medical assistant told me if my pain was attend I need to go back to the ER where I originally came from. Then Theresa Jones followed up by saying if the hospital couldn't help you what do you want me to do for you and because she's never seen my face because she's only wanted to do zoom. She felt that it was OK to treat me however, she wanted to, because there was no personable relationship between us. You know what I took this to the head chief, John Reardon, and he didn't even listen to me so you know what a void Marana Health Center at all cost why do you think they changed their motto quality Health Care with a heart they've treated my mother the same way, so I know it's not just the way I am being treated by their staff. There's multiple one star reviews. The world is falling away, and people are bringing their personal issues to work. It doesn't matter if you're on access or not Arizona is not the state to get Health Care help old young or otherwise!!!!

This place is awful. Unfortunately i'm stuck here because of my insurance but nobody here knows what they're doing. They don't give you any information, they never answer phone calls, and something always seems to go wrong. The doctors also treat you like crap and don't take time to listen and find out the reasons behind your health issues they are just quick to prescribe medication. Don't go here.
