The guys here are phenomenal and very reasonable. They have helped me recover accounts as well set up new computers. Have had them make house calls, 89.00 an hour for great help.

Polite. On time. They know their stuff. Dan, their technician resolved a problem in about 10 minutes that related to setting up a new TV's sound system. He was knowledgeable and communicated well. This is about the 10th time I've done business with this firm over the years, and I note that they have maintained a consistent high quality of service. I recommend Mezzabyte.

My laptop computer crashed last night, and I found Mezzabyte Computer Store on Yelp. I went there this morning and asked them to repair the laptop computer. By 11 am they called me to tell me what was wrong and what was needed. I told them what I wanted them to do. He also asked me if I needed help downloading the stuff from the backup or if I could do that myself. Around 2 pm they called me back that the computer was ready for pickup. I went to the store around 3:30 and picked up the laptop computer. I was sure I had to be without a computer for the weekend however their fast, friendly, and reasonably-priced service was awesome. I will use them again when I need computer service done again. I am not a computer geek and do need my computers serviced. I have found the place that I will be using for my computer needs.

Mezzabyte did a great job fixing the problems with our laptop computer. I got a same day appointment which I didn't expect. The technician quickly identified the problems and corrected them. The service charge was reasonable. I will definitely call them again with any computer issues.

The best! Great location for SaddleBrooke and SaddleBrooke Ranch folks! He fixed my iPhone in 15 min. What a relief!

I have been a customer of Mezzabyte since they opened. If I go into the store and ask a question about my system they are willing to answer it and give me some advice without charge. And when I need help with an issue that I can't fix they appear promptly and at a reasonable price. Most recently I had trouble with my new wireless Apple mouse. I made 4 phone calls to Apple that totaled about an an hour and a half, including a half hour with a supervisor, all to no avail. But Mezzabyte dropped by the house and solved what turned out to be a very obscure problem, and it took them about 20 minutes. I am most satisfied with Mezzabyte.
