These folks stepped in to help me when the Scooter Store went out of business. Chris, the head man was helpful, encouranging, and went out of his way to help me solve a serious problem with an outdoor mobility scooter. Shane, his technician, made several trips to Benson just for me, and while the problem isn't yet solved, it is the manufacturer who is to blame, not the folks at Metro Med.They have my gratitude for sticking in there even when the going got rough and I am happy to recommend them to anyone dealing with medical needs.

So very knowledgeable and service oriented! We needed to have a wheel realigned and new foot rests put onto our wheelchair. The parts had to be specially ordered, but they did what they could to improve things before the parts arrived. Once the parts came in, one week later, as promised, they serviced the wheelchair at no cost! We learned a bit more about wheelchairs from them and will definitely return as future needs arise! They carry a full line of walkers, wheelchairs and scooters as well as auxiliary items.

I bought a bath chair and bench before the warranty ran out the seat split open on the chair, got it replaced, however all the rubber feet broke off and when I went back each time the man tried to belittle me. I noticed rust in the tub it was from the bench screws their not stainless. I took it in he said he would call, he never did. Well I called the manufacturer sent some pictures, they sent me an email to show the guy,it was under warranty I did, he said I will call he never did. I waited a few more months then went back he says oh I'll check to see if it's under warranty, well I showed the email again. He said I'll call you he never did, I showed up at his place with the bench he says oh yeah I got one for you, it took from Nov. to March for this obstinate man to correct this. And as I was leaving he says your the first person I've had complain. Well I did not complain, all l wanted was the lousy bench replaced under warranty. Anyone that's had this kind of treatment write in it's about time for this guy to learn how to treat customers.

Fudged my order for a crucial replacement part. Ordered the wrong part then just gave up apparently. What they claimed would only take 3-4 days hasn't been accomplished in 3 weeks so they lost a customer. 1 at least.

they do not answer there phone and do NOT return messages. They are supposed to be open daily during COVID from 10-3. Been calling for two days with no response.
