What a place! So they sell foldable bikes, electric bikes, regular bikes, used LPs, and old and new instruments of all types. What a unique menagerie of inventory that just seems to work. The foldable bikes are a hit among the RV crowd they tell me. And I'll be back to take home some of their amazingly curated used LPs. They also buy your kindly used instruments. Excellent service. 5*. I think they should add a coffee station.

I love Metro Gnome so much! Their entire staff is so friendly and kind, and just wants to work with you to give you the best deal and quality that they can. They have so many interesting and wonderful things that you just can't get at a big box or online shop. The Bookman's music staff recommended them to me for a mic stand, and I ended up buying not only the perfect bicycle helmet for a good price, but also a new electric cello that they gave me a really excellent discount on! They even threw in the music stand I wanted along with my new cello, too. I can't recommend them enough! They do layaway too, and will work with you with whatever you need. I'll definitely be going back for my repair needs, from my refurb bike all the way to my cracked lap harp. So cool!

There is a great selection of sheet music.The bike selections are plentiful, including folding bicycles (how convenient!), as well as everything you might need to keep your bike in tip top shape. Plan to spend some time looking at all of the products, as there is so much to see. It's just a great shop!

Stopped by to pick up a guitar pick a few months ago and discovered they also sell bicycles. Decided to check them out as I was looking for an e-bike. Great selection of e-bikes and fantastic customer service. Todd really knows his bikes and was super helpful. Let me test ride a few to find the right bike for me. They also service bikes there, regular and electric. I left with a great bike and the shop earned a loyal customer in me. Plenty of accessories to fit all your needs in a local shop.

I stopped in last week to take some string instruments for bridge repairs. They were the bid winners for our school district. First time I've been in their store.First, the repairs were done quickly and competently.I enjoyed looking around. They have a variety of instruments for sale and rent (they rent to some of our students in our district). They also carry bicycles and is a local Brompton folding bike dealer. It's an older store and could use a little more brighter lighting, I think.Service was friendly and I appreciated that.5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

So stoked to find a bike store that sold tubeless tires . Three flats in nine days was getting a little ridiculous.Awesome selection of old school bikes, electric bikes, musical instruments and accessories.Friendly knowledgeable staff.Thank you so much guys I will be back !

Super helpful did not waist my time or money. I needed to get a china made violin to hold a tune and they fixed it up and I got some strings for just 30$. Thanks all will be going back.

I only wish I could give them more stars!!! Steve the bike guy not only knows what he's talking about, he explains everything in layman terms so you can learn if you'd like to. I purchased a tube for my front tire and when I put it in, it wouldn't let me seat the bead into the rim on one certain part. I've changed and patched many tubes in my day but this one had me stumped. I took it back to Steve and he not only put it in place, he explained where I went wrong in a very nice way!If this place keeps treating me like they did the first time, they'll have a client for life!!!It so freaking hard to find companies who even know what customer service means. Half of them probably can't even spell it because they've never written it down. HA!Thanks guys!

Todd runs a great store. The staff are super friendly. The store has an excellent selection of musical instruments that are competitively priced. Todd is a skilled craftsman when it comes to instrument repairs as well. Metro Gnome is my go to instrument shop.
