After many years of struggling with pain from Neck and Back Surgery, I Finally decided to obtain my license. I wanted to find a legitimate business that I would feel comfortable in scheduling an appointment at my age. LoL! Their website made me feel very comfortable, knowing I had plenty of medical documentation. The process was simple and and easy, and the Doctor made Me very comfortable. They even have their own organic mixtures etc CBD all Amazing Stuff! I haven't had CBD that AMAZING Since! I Highly Recommend MMjCCC and Only them to complete and assist you through the Process!!! I went to this clinic on October 16 just to turn in my paperwork from my doctor and get my photo for my new card. They took my application fee, but did not send it on to the state. I never got a confirmation email. I called the following week, and they had my email address wrong. They are now saying the submitted my recertification on Oct 30. I called the second week, and they had my mailing address wrong, so I don't know if my new card has been issued or not! I called today and they were very rude to me, when I complained about their service. I threatened to take my paperwork to Dr. Reeferalz to get it submitted correctly, and they LIED to me, saying Dr. Reeferalz is no longer in business. I have a friend that works there so I am sure that is a lie! Avoid this incompetent clinic and incompetent Dr. Lloyd! I am in pain because I can't get my medication because of their incompetence!!!!

I'm an "older" person with an immune disease. Was willing you try medical marijuana to see if it would help to reduce the amount of medication needed for pain. I was very nervous going in - fear of the unknown perhaps? Dr. was very informative not only about the issues I have but also shared many naturopathic ideas to help me. Process was incredibly easy. I honestly wish I wouldn't have waited so long to do this.

Aloha,I would highly recommend this company to obtain your certification. I have been consuming medical marijuana in Hawaii for anxiety and pain due to 8 broken ribs. Moving from Hawaii was not easy as you can NOT take your medicine on the plane nor can you get medical marijuana until you go through the process which can take weeks. I had to go back on pharmaceutical drugs which is horrible for your body. Working with this company, I was able to provide them with my medical records and set up an appointment just before I arrived. I saw the doctor three days after my arrival and received my medical marijuana card within three weeks. This was only accomplished based on the kindness and understand of the staff who I am truly thankful. Mahalo nui loa for making me feel alive again

My whole experience was so uplifting for me from the sharing amongothers waiting to see the doctor, seeing the doctor, to finishing the process with the office person.The doctor was kind, attentive, and thorough. It could not have been abetter experience. Feeling grateful there are those who do LISTEN and understand pain.

I went in a week ago and was approved for a card they said they had to submit my information and I should get my card in 5-7 days. 8 days later I still haven't received a single email from them so I called them to find out that they haven't even submitted my information I just got a receipt. They had my information for a week and just did nothing with it. I have a broken back and am in severe pain and they just completely dropped the ball. Do not come here find a different provider.

Very thorough and efficient process, doctor went beyond just the MJ certification. Would definitely recommend.
