I bought a new gold mounting for a diamond my Father left me in his will. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and polite, and the ring looks fantastic! They also gave me a free appraisal. Highly recommend.

Needed a gold ring resized and they did an amazing job. They polished it removed the butterfly from the middle. Excellant work!

We came to this jewelry store to find an anniversary gift. Typically when we've come in the past, service has been good. However during our last visit, we were turned off from coming to this business again.We came in during a during a weekday in the middle of the day. It was not busy in the store at all, maybe 2 other customers. The staff ignored us and did not seem interested in helping us at all. After waiting maybe 15 minutes (keep in mind we took a number and waited our turn) no one came to check on us.

Always get the best service and professional advice from McGuires. I had my Imega watch repaired. It's difficult to find a reputable repair service for Omega watches.

when i picked up my ring, Abraham, was the associate who helped me. once again, i was welcomed with another experience of McGuire's associate's excellent customer service . i was greeted with a smile, which always helps a person feel good and know they chose the right place to trust with their jewelry. if i could give more then 5 stars i would, for sure. i will recommend McGuire's to all my friends. Thank you for truly caring about your customers. I hope the manager or whoever reads these reviews let Theodore & Abraham they received excellent reviews. KUDOS to them both!! :)

Are they drunk ? Appraising here is WHACK. They were only willing to give $20 for a $1k diamond ring!

I brought my solitaire diamond in for sizing. I was not shown the weight of ring that was taken upon drop off but I did take fotos of my ring before. The backing was a thick 14 k gold ring.When I picked the ring up the backing was so thin I was shocked and very upset. They claim the gold turned to dust.I believe otherwise. Side by side fotos of before and after are proof enough that something underhanded happened.When I showed the fotos before she said you should have checked tge weight when you dropped it off and leave or she will call the cops.

This company did a great job replicating my lost earring and made me an entirely new pair identical to the original pair and added a chain to made a pendant of the one remaining earring of the original pair. They were efficient and did a beautiful job and charged me a very fair price.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of jewelry is varied and beautiful. This is a great place for repairs too. I have always trusted them.

Walked in and had a new watch battery in 10 minutes and it was free! Fast and friendly.
