Fast food, friendly-great service. Both managers get our frappes running the moment we walk through the doors haha! Staff have been very accommodating for when the kiosk has items listed out-of-stock but it's not really out. Pleasant & clean dining area to enjoy meals, especially when we need to wait on a car repair right next door at Firestone.

On my way out of town on business, this was my always place for a breakfast sandwich heading out of town, but not today 11/24.Pulled in @ 11:35, tried ordering and was told by a snotty person behind the microphone "we're only serving lunch".I asked twice, nicely and was basically told get lost, even though it was during their breakfast hours. NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this establishment.

This place is terrible - both food and service! I don't mind ordering from a kiosk, but when the kiosk is missing things that are on the regular menu that's a problem. We wanted the 2 cheeseburger meal that was missing from the options on the kiosk. I went up to the counter to inquire and was told that beginning in January 2024 employees will not assist with ordering - basically you are on your own. Wow! This employee then took my order making us feel like she did us a huge favor by doing so. Gee...Thanks, McDonalds!! Wait??? Shouldn't they be thanking ME?? We then got our order and the cheeseburger was as thick as a piece of paper. I basically had a bun for lunch!! Oh...and then the employee told me that they are moving the soft drink machine behind the counter, so good luck trying to get a refill. Corporate greed! Never, EVER again.

The employees are rude, argumentative, and lazy. Every time I go, I have issues with customer service. This is one of the worst locations I have ever been to.

They drive thru is open 24 hrs, I pull up and they turn off the power. I call and was told "I don't control google" the website for this store says 24 hr drive thru. And there was someone getting food at the window in front of me. Horrible service.

Outrageously overpriced!A small ice cream cone cost me $3.83 and this amount is after I convinced them to give me a military discount!I will NEVER go there again for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

id leave zero stars if i could, but the service here is so horrible because they have one person working their ass off while the managers sit around criticizing instead of helping. The work environment seems toxic and the manager greg is unbearable, highly unprofessional as well.

I usually come here and it's ok but today it was so bad I ordered a hamburger plain then I got mustard on it and i didn't want mustard so I ordered this again and again and they kept on me it up btw these all were mobile. but when it told them they yelled at me and told me the I ordered mustard but I didn't I remember checking but they gave me one without mustard but everything else and I wantEd it plain. but after hours of trying again I got it. but If you are ordering something of if mob take a screenshot of what you ordered so they can see. such a waste of my time
