What a great place! Personal and very helpful, friendly service. They enjoy what they do, are great at it! A tremendous amount of beautiful frames available to choose from in any price range. I was happy to choose some frames I loved at a reasonable price. They are experienced and with framing and matting, can determine what the customer wants and match that with what looks best with the art. Love my finished products and they give options for hanging. I found this diamond of a business after two failed experiences at chain discount stores. This is where I will go from now on! Thank you , McBrides :D

I had several pictures needing frames but I didn't want to spend alot of time or money to have it done. In the past I had waited for an offer from a chain discount house but could never get my time to match the coupons! I happened into McBrides and was greeted by experienced ladies who made this task interestng and affordable...they offered me a 50% coupon with no expiration date. They also offered a bundle deal with saved me money. My pic are beautiful and I can't wait to hang them...oh they also provided me with hooks and the wire was already installed on the back. I am writing this review because they are a local family business and I like to help spread the word.

Erin has framed 5 pieces for me. Each one more beautiful than the last. She has a great eye and her work is phenomenal. I love being able to support small local businesses, and Erin is such a great person. The reason for only 3 stars, instead of 5, is the turn around time. I was initially told it would be 8 weeks and the first 2 pieces I took to her were finished in that time frame. For the next 3 pieces, I was also told 8 weeks, but it ended up being 3and a half months. Of course I will continue to use Erin to frame my artwork as I love her work and personality. So if you don't mind an extended wait for your pieces, this is the place to get your stuff framed.

Just picked up my framing project from Erin at McBride's. I love it, as always. Her work is excellent. My house is full of pieces we've had framed or mounted at McBride's. Yes, it took a little longer to get it this time as she was navigating the tragic loss of her partner and the stuff of life that accompanies such a loss. Still, even in the midst of heartache, she kept her doors open and stayed in communication, acknowledging that there might be delays. I couldn't ask for more. These relationships will always be more important than the projects. My piece is already on the wall! I smile to have it and McBride's will remain my go-to place for customer framing!

We are new to Tucson and we wanted to reframe a large print for our home. We chose McBride's because they seemed to be a family run small business which we always like to support. Erin was extremely pleasant. When we dropped the piece off we were told the estimate (which seemed incredibly high, but it's been a while since we had something framed so we OK'd it) she was behind on the jobs and it will take 6-8 weeks. We thought that was a long time but we were not in any rush. 8 weeks later the job is still not done. Erin had some issues with the print which we sorted out on the phone. She said she would need another week to finish. A total of 3 1/2 months later our print is finally ready. Erin, you need to get some help in your store... quality framing is not enough... part of the service to your customers is to deliver within a reasonable time and on the promised date. You are making your problems our problems and that's not acceptable. It was so tempting to cancel the job and go somewhere else but we would have been charged a cancelation fee which would have been infuriating to us... talk about adding insult to injury! So we will not be using your company again for any framing. Way too painful a process.

My first and last time to use the services of this company.....I brought my piece in to be framed on 1/23/22 - chose the material; it was measured out; order placed and deposit made. Receipt stated that my order would be completed by 2/22/22. Notes on the receipt stated that this business was suffering from supply issues - however I was advised that the job might be done sooner and I would be given a call. By 2/23/22 when I had not heard from the shop - I stopped in on 2/24/22. I was advised at that time that my order was not done and it would be another week and I would be given a call when the job was completed. I made no comment and left the shop. I returned approximately 2 hours later with my printed receipt and stated to the owner that they had my piece for over a month - she abruptly stated that it was being taken care of at the moment. I was surprised and felt pleased - however what she meant and without stating it was that the shop was cancelling my order; refunded my deposit and returned my item unframed!! Obviously the material was not ordered or my job was put at the end of the queue or forgotten?? I was astonished at the lack of effort and extremely poor customer service. As a small business owner - I do my best to support small businesses as well. I will be taking my art pieces elsewhere.
