I'm so glad I found Mayfield! My boyfriend and I are in California and his mom is in Tucson. After a lot of browsing through different local florists, Mayfield had the biggest and most unique bouquets at a reasonable prices. Delivery was fast and careful. His mom loved the flowers!

Mayfield Florist's staff were the kindest, most wonderful people one could ask for. And although I never got to experience the beauty of their blooms, I have no doubt they are the best in the business. This 5 star review is all about compassion in a world where we need more. That's what Mayfield showed me. After ordering a beautiful celebratory bouquet to be delivered, a serious medical emergency arose and the flowers weren't needed. Without me even asking, they offered to refund the entire order (something they attempted to deliver twice in Green Valley - far from their area). Every single staff member I spoke with was gracious, kind and a true blessing to me in a most difficult time. For this I am forever grateful to them. A business that has this kind of integrity needs to be praised. Thank you, Mayfield.

Not sure how much is my inexperience in dealing with florists and how much was actually a bad experience. 3 stars because they actually did what they said they could do which was customer make me a corsage and matching men's equivalent while I waited. It's way way more expensive than expected. I have new gold jewelry that cost less than a corsage and boutonnierre. I almost canceled my order and walked out when I heard it was $50. I was told by all the other customers that I had lucked into the best florist in town.That's really hard to imagine. I was taken through several back rooms to their construction room with a wet floor littered with trimmings, then shown a cooler room full of their least attractive flowers (some were green on the outside, some were mangled, most of them were pedestrian) and told to choose something.They do have a nice retail area with a cooler room that has bouquets and loose flowers. But apparently they don't usually do walk-in orders and they don't want you to come into the store. (There was a man looking for a bouquet and he was invited behind the counter to use their computer to browse their website to pick his bouquet from the ones available in the cooler.) I had pointed out that I liked these cream and mauve roses up front. But those were not available to me. They do sell those flowers individually as two other people were offered single stem flowers from the front cooler. I was just offered the unattractive ones in the back back cooler. Watching other people get nice things was after I had paid or for sure I would have canceled.I did sneak into the front cooler to look at a jewel-toned flower bouquet when the man was going in for his. A tiny arrangement 6 inches high was $85. It was super nice. I admit I have no idea what florists charge. Maybe this was completely reasonable? I really don't understand why they have a retail section when they're not set-up for walk-ins. I have no idea what would have happened if I called instead. Their website has no mention of corsages (but they do have a handy funeral home guide.) So being told to browse their website if I had called would have clarified up front that they don't have what I needed. Instead they agreed to custom make me a corsage while I waited. It took ages, like 45 minutes. There's nowhere to wait. But they did it! My corsage has 2 lavender roses and some filler. The matching men's thing had half that. $50!!! I'd never been to a florist before. It's absolutely possible all of this was normal. I'm going to err on the side of generosity and leave 3 stars, but I highly recommend skipping the flowers.

I had to send flowers for a celebration of life in Tucson, Im in Los Angeles, CA. I found this amazing florist who was affordable with a great selection to choose from. Since Im out of town, I asked for someone to text me so I can call. Ray hit me as soon as he dropped off the flowers, this is top tier Customer Service! If you're reading this pick up the phone or order online, you will appreciate the level of service!

I've been ordering flowers from Mayfield for my Mom for birthdays and Mothers Days for the past couple of years. We are always pleased with the selection and freshness of the flowers, and they last such a long time! This past delivery, however, exceeded all of our expectations. Not only are the two dozen roses complete perfection, but the delivery person actually sang Happy Birthday to my Mom, which absolutely made her day! Thank you for making her feel so special!
