Not a bad spot! Decent selection of tobacco products. Covers the basic needs of a smoker. Friendly staff. Store was clean, organized and easy to navigate.

I bought about 200$ worth of items. They overcharged me for my puff with about a 50% markup. charged me about 15 for my puff bar and threw me some bs that "they don't sell counterfeits like other shops" implying that big corporate stores sold counterfeit puff bars. The 50 dollar item in my 200$ purchase was defective and wasted a lot of the merchandise that I purchased. I called them wanting a refund on just the 50$ item and they said they don't care and they don't do returns even if they sell me broken stuff and had the guy hang up on me. I called my bank to forcefully take my funds back and have alerted the appropriate government agencies regarding their illegal business practices. I recommend never setting foot in this "business"

Bought a brand new elf bar Friday. Went to charge it for the first time and it didn't light up or charge. My others do. I call back and tell them the issue. They say oh sorry we have a 24 hour window to return. So I paid $30 for barely any vape use. Was my first visit and last visit. Given the circumstances of being my first time and getting sold a broken vape you would think I'd of got more options. But nope they don't care. I'll be sticking to zona smoke shop up the road

WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They sold me a defective device and I couldn't return it nor have them even look at it to try to see what the issue with it is, the man working the register was EXTREMELY rude to me and my friends, this shithole doesn't deserve your business or a single cent of profit.
