Mattress Firm Irvington Road

They sold a used bed, she said it was an outlet bed but never said it was used. I didn't find out it was used until I picked it up. I had to rent a vehicle to go get it. I'm a cook at a restaurant so I don't have a lot of $but I trusted the sales people when they told me it was a good bed and I don't have nothing to worry about. Also they did not make it clear that we could not exchange used beds. We are in extreme pain every morning because this bed is lumpy and no good. They said I signed the paper work saying all that in the fine print? Our backs hurt so much and all they offered us was to sell us another bed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

If you want an in your face, high pressure sales experience this is the store for you. I ended up buying a mattress because I needed one immediately, but I came so close to walking out. The aggressive sales pitch continued right through close out as she tried to sell me a mattress protective cover.

I bought a mattress the other week, from mattress Firm. I specifically liked the one I found because it was squishy, but not too squishy to the point where I can't even make it out of the bed. Forgot to mention, the mattress was also extremely overpriced but somehow the sales woman persuaded me to get it using her special skills, (she let me lay on it). So i had it delivered to my house, not knowing the extremely bizarre thing i would find in it. That's right I said "in it". Once the mattress was placed on my bed frame, I went to take a look at it out of curiosity. I noticed a zipper on the right side so I unzipped it. I didn't think anything weird or unusual would be in it but I was pretty much just bored. As I unzipped it, I noticed a little patch in the center counsel. I opened it up and was extremely surprised to find cash. And lots and lots of it. I didn't know what to do, but to count it. It was 50,000 US dollars I found in a brand spanking new mattress I just bought. I kept the money because who wouldn't. And I'm basically rich now. Thank you mattress firm!
