Matrix did a fantastic job on the ceramic window tint in my Mazda. I would use them again.

Don't trust their reviews! Think they use family and friends. Nice save from Owner doesn't explain I used online and no response, ever. Then I called twice the second was afternoon 2 hours after they promised a call back in ten minutes. Isn't our time worth expecting better service? Lost my business forever.

My back glass was smashed to pieces on Saturday. The national competitor wanted a TON of money to fix it. I called Charlie, at 9 a.m., and he assured me that he'd have the black glass for my car ready to be installed within the hour. Sure enough, not only did Charlie have the glass ready, but he had the car ready BEFORE an hour. This blew me away, because the national competitor told me they wouldn't have my back glass until Wednesday. The competition also wanted $120 more!If you're within an hour drive of Charlie's Matrix Auto Glass and Tint, then you'll be very pleased with their service, and the very friendly family that takes care of the problem.

Today was the first time I've used Matrix Auto Glass and Tint, but I would seek them out again.They were friendly and professional. When there was a glitch that wasn't even their fault they apologized (a little too many times!) and compensated me for the extra time.When complete the work was done well.

MATRIX auto glass did my tint and was the best shop in town, their prices were lower than everyone else in town, they got my car done on time and with awesome quality. I will not take my car anywhere else from now on because they have exceeded my expectations in every way. They have polite employees and their veterans too!If you need good glass, come to Matrix, you won't regret it!

I'm a medical student visiting Tucson for my externship and during the road trip I got a huge crack in my windshield that needed to get replaced ASAP. I called a bunch of places in Tucson and Matrix Auto Glass gave me the best price and on top of it they even offered to pick up my car for me at no extra charge! Charlie is the owner and it's a local family owned business consisting of him, his son and his son-in-law and they have over 35 years in the automotive industry. Charlie is so sweet and friendly and gave me the best service I've ever had at an auto shop. They fixed my car and picked it up within 1.5 hours. I highly highly recommend this place as you won't receive better service and friendly customer service anywhere else. I'm referring anyone I know who needs to get their car windshields replaced or tinted. You won't regret it!

Matrix replaced the tint on the side windows of my '97 Mustang Cobra. Great job at a reasonable price.
