This is our opinion of what happened with our experience here. Worst excuse of a doctor we've ever experienced. An absolutely rude and curt individual who could care less about what happened after he botched a hand surgery doesn't even prescribe pain meds, inept and rude staff as well. STAY FAR AWAY ‼

Office doesn't even deserve 1 star. 04/2019 first visit waited 1.5 hrs in waiting room when we were called back to the room we waited another 30 to 40 minutes while the Dr. was on his phone in the hallway talking and laughing and just not caring about our time. I had to reschedule the small in office surgery 06/2019 when I called Corina stated that Dr. would be out on vacation and she would call me back with a new date. Corina never called me back. When I called end 06/2019 Corina was out for 3 weeks and someone would get back to me. July 16/2019 called again to have a date for minor surgery in office to take out a metal foreign object. Corina stated I would have to have a follow up visit because I hadn't been there in 3 months. I stated what exactly do you want to recheck? It's your office's fault that I haven't been seen. she said I would have to schedule a follow up for September 2019. This metal foreign object is embedded in my hand. I need an MRI for my back and legs as I am disabled and the Metal object interferes with the MRI. I need this as soon as possible. The staff in this office is rude, and don't care about their patients. Very unprofessional. They don't need your business.

Dr. Massey was incredible, he took us in right away after our daughter broke her arm and were not sure what to do. He was super nice, professional and all around a great doctor. He explained everything to us before even doing anything which made us feel very comfortable with him. He went above and beyond recommending and calling a pediatric ortho for us for her follow ups. She loved her purple cast and We absolutely love and recommend Dr. Massey !!!!!! Also office staff was super nice and extremely fast - they explained the process and took us right back. Efficient & great customer service !!! 10/10

Dr.Massey did my carpal tunnel surgery 3 years ago and the pain has not come back. I am very pleased. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The staff was nice and attentive.

After seeing Dr. Massey for a couple years, he finally got around to ordering some diagnostic tests, But he is ignoring the results and I have no relief. He thinks I'm lying about my symptoms.

My experience here was initially ok. The front desk was very helpful and the Dr. seemed to know what he was doing. I went in because I had a previous wound that was a week old and unable to bend 2 fingers. He said we need to go in surgery tomorrow. Surgery it self went good. I did weeks of physical therapy, and home care. The wound opened up. I ended up with a nasty scar. When I see a "hand plastic surgery" I did not think I was gone get butchered. Its been 6 months and my hand is still jacked up, and my scar is awful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NICE INCISION TO SEE DR.MASSEY.
