Call me late at night after bed time...and won't listen to you when you say you are not interested. Way too aggressive and rude. Their desperation is disarming. Reymond Ramirez was especially rude.

I was contacted by a real estate agent, Carlos Reyes after I made a Zillow search. We found Carlos(Marsee Wilhems Realty) friendly, appropriate and competent in his help in our real estate search. Thank you Carlos.

Due to numerous errors of a realtor on this team, and her failure to disclose to me that repairs on the roof of the house I was buying had not been completed as contractually agreed, I was forced to cancel the contract to protect myself financially. Realtors are required by the commissioners rule to disclose all relevant material information to their clients. Especially if it will affect the transaction. My realtor acted unilaterally, and made decisions without telling me. Because of this, I found out about incomplete repairs two hours before I was supposed to sign and close escrow. She somehow assumed that I would be fine, taking on the responsibility of a home with a faulty roof. With my back against the wall, and two hours left to make a decision before close of escrow, I had very little recourse to protect myself. Realtors are supposed to represent you and protect you from having to make a split-second decisions the day before close of escrow. This realtor did the exact opposite. She put me in a horrible position. My only recourse in order to mitigate risk and avoid inheriting the liability of a home with unfinished roof repairs was to submit a three day cure notice to the seller. Rather than completing the repairs, the seller is now trying to sue me. As soon as the realtors at Marsee Wilhems team found out that they were exposed to risk due to the errors they and their team had made, they abandoned me. In addition to the above, my realtor also chose not to submit to the seller an addendum I had signed; and forgot to submit an addendum for a Credit of $1000 at close of escrow. I spent hours on the phone with my lender and title company, making sure that the closing disclosures were accurate before I realized that the problem was my realtor hadn't told them about an important addendum that was a Credit to me for $1000 at closing. In the end the thousand dollar credit is irrelevant because the contract expired (due to the seller refusing to complete repairs in the timeframe indicated in our legally binding contract). But it was all part of a chain of errors that caused me to completely lose trust in this agency. It took me days to go up the chain of command to speak to the principal broker. When I finally did she basically told me there was nothing she could do for me. Now I'm having to hire a lawyer. I've submitted a formal complaint to the Arizona board of realtors. All I can say is steer clear of this real estate office. If you value your finances and peace of mind and want to avoid being lied to, choose any other real estate office. For the record: I have bought and sold three homes in my life, and I have never had a problem. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and with such blatant disregard. I would say, without a doubt that this was a dereliction of duty on the part of my realtor, which has now caused me, extreme, emotional and financial distress. Worst mistake I've made in a long time, going with this office. What started out as an exciting time in my life has turned into one of my worst nightmares ever. Daily harassment by the sellers attorney, threats to my finances. No one should ever have to go through this for simply trying to protect themselves from financial liability-- all due to the mistakes of a realtor.

I took one yelper's advice below and looked up other review sites for this team. I have worked with this team and thought it odd as some comments below do not make sense. You definitely want to look at other reviews because the Marsee Wilhelm's Team is amazing. I don't think you can fake the following, 305 Zillow Reviews 4.9 rating, and 72 Google Reviews 4.6 rating, and 59 Facebook reviews 4.9 rating. You can also add my vote to those ratings, great service! Thank your Marsee and Jeff for all you do.

I always thought Marsee was the best Realtor in town so when I had to sell my home and wanted it done fast I turned to Marsee and her team. Very professional, very helpful, throughout the whole process. They quickly listed it and our house stuck out in the neighborhood because it had the best marketing plan. The pictures of the house are well taken and looked amazing online. And when our sale got complicated beyond what I expected, Marsee and her team were there to guide me through it and close a deal. I highly recommend to everyone especially the discerning yelp community. Thanks Marsee!

Totally satisfied! We sold our house after listing it with Ryan Brown. The photos of the house were gorgeous, and we did get weekly reports and very high traffic through the house. Ryan Brown did an amazing job getting the deal done with the buyers and Lissett Jacobson got us through escrow a week earlier than planned. We had some difficulty during the escrow process with a third party but the responses from Lissett were quick and timely and communication was spot on. I never once felt like I couldn't count on this team to get the job done. In the end everything went as planned on closing day. I don't think any other team could have done a better job in this whole process. Ryan and Lissett are professionals who know their jobs and do it well!

Not my favorite team. I've talked to her over the phone and she gave me a loop about a lender. Because I have never owned a credit card and my husband had a credit card but not the best credit score, she gave us NO hope. We went to someone else. So when we went to Lender that helped he ran my credit and it was in the 6.5, higher than my husbands! We were so greatful we didn't let our ambition down because of Marsee's team and opinion of no hope. Also I'm a stay at home mom so my husband is making all the bacon. She gave no hope and I'd never ever recommend her team to others. She ended up helping my brother I see on Zillow. And he laughs at how shady that is now that we talked and he realizes that is pretty low on their half...because his situation wasn't that much different than ours. Anyways I never needed a spare credit card or anything she suggested...just the bug down payment and their is hope for couples who's wives are homemakers to get homes and we did with another team who believed in us.

We had Shelly Marconi for a realtor and she was the worst type of lazy and sleezey realtor you could ever have!!! She was all talk and no action. She never once provided comps, never called for additional consultants. And her father is a contractor who owns a company - and she writes into contracts and requests that the seller of the house has to use the specific company - and of course they suck and did a half ass job. We learned all this after we bought our house. She and Marce Williams are all just a bunch of crooks.
