I sent an email asking looking for ethics advice, and authentication questions on some pieces I got from a family member who passed. 13 minutes later I had a response from Mark with guidance. I sent a follow up question and that was answered in minutes too. What service for someone who has not spent a penny. I can only imagine the way he would conduct business with a paying client. Thanks again!

In the past, I have been an intermittent, regular customer to MMG. Was in yesterday, - Mark's arrogance and rudeness, was at a new high. His employee son, invited us and encouraged us to check out their new store/museum, around the corner from Risky Business. After picking out a saddle blanket, I set it aside, and we walked over to the musuem.Upon entering, it seemed expansive and impressive. As we began to explore, the wannabe cowboy/employee, (probably yet another coddled doctor's son) retorted - "you three need to pay $10.00 per head - to be in here!" I said "no we don't" - and we left! Rude, arrogant and ignorant - not good for a salesperson! Especially, when we were going to buy an $865.00 Saddle Blanket, after the tour, of a museum (that we were invited to go by the owner 's son) that should be free. What a joke! A true example of our service industry today. Weak and unacceptable! I can easily afford the $30.00 admission - just unimpressed by the amount, and the rudeness. Bye Felicia! ...never again!

Stumbled on Medicine man Gallery while surfing for information about a necklace I have. I emailed Megan my question and attached a few photo's. Few days later I received a very kind & friendly answer. Too many others just ignored me. Question is still unanswered but that's how things go, Should I find some info myself I'll share with Megan so that it can be added to their Data Base.

I reached out to Mark Sublette with questions about an old rug/blanket I have had for many years. He was very prompt with his response and helped me with some decisions. It was so very impressive to have an actual person respond my query the same day, with all the help I needed.Thank you Medicine Man Gallery! You rock!

Whether you are just visiting or live in Tucson this is a wonderful place to visit. This store / museum is a treasure trove of fantastic native american art and jewelry. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I have only purchased jewelry items, but feel their prices are very fair. Take the time to browse and you might just find your new treasure.
