Love this shop!My BIL gave me a gift certificate to Marjon and I spent it the very next day after Christmas. With not a lot to compare to other ceramic/pottery supply places, this place has just what I need as a beginner. What they didn't have, such as special bat systems for my pottery wheel, they said they could special order. The staff have been helpful over the phone as well as in person assisting me with kiln furniture and how to use underglazes. Except for the pottery wheels, I found that the prices of most of the supplies are comparable or better than getting them online (the pottery wheels manufacturers were offering deep discount during Christmas even with shipping). This is now my local go-to for my wheel throwing needs.

Does heaven on earth exist? If you're a ceramicist, you can get pretty close when you visit Marjon Ceramics. I could have spent all day here combing through the extensive selection of glazes (with sample tiles for everything!), tools (so much less expensive than anything I have found online!) and all the kiln furniture and supplies I could wish for. Oh, also the AC is fab so you can peruse in comfort.

Whatever you need for a ceramics project, this is the place. Helpful if needed or else just browse. They also have classes and bisque ware ready to glaze. Great selection.

Nice ceramics shop. The folks here are quite helpful and they seem to have all the stuff you might need, despite being a small(ish) shop.

I'm a newbie. I dropped 120 USD on paint and newbie equipment because I didn't want to deal with screaming kids in pottery studios. The lady was very kind to me and my dad, patient, and created a welcoming environment.Bisque is reasonably priced. They charge 1/2 of the price of bisque for firing in the kiln (with receipt). Turnaround time 2-3 weeks.

This is a small ceramics shop which carries both Duncan and Mayco ceramic paints. They also sell some bisque pieces (not too many, but a varied assortment), and kilns - both used and new. (Ask about the used ones, as only new kilns are on display.)The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. Good place to go!

While there aren't many ceramics shops around any more this one is definitely a keeper. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and go the extra mile to help find what you are looking for. The store carries an sizable inventory of glazes, tools and other items. If you need it they probably have it or cans help you locate it.

This is a first class Ceramics shop. I do not consider it small at all. I bought a wheel, a kiln, a slab roller, clays, glazes, supplies for my kiln and all the accessories I have ever needed for hand building and throwing. I like all the staff a LOT. Whether you are a beginner, as I am, or a professional, you will be treated with courtesy and respect. We are all very fortunate indeed to have this facility in Tucson. They are never too busy to help.

Sold me more paint than I needed. Fired glazed bisque there were marks on pieces like they banged it up. Very disappointed. Very unfriendly place.
