Mariachi Patron

I tried booking this mariachi for a last minute event. They were very short with me and asked that I make a deposit through an internet link. I made it immediately. They then sent me a text that said I would get my contract soon, but since I had no security and my event was last minute, I kept looking for other bands. I received a contract from another band and I booked them first. (I never receive a contract from this band) I contacted Patron less than 24 hrs after I sent my deposit and explained that I had to go with first band that gave me a contract. I was told the deposit was non refundable. I tried to explain my situation and told them that I felt they could have not have lost any potential customers in only 24 hrs and that I felt that someone with good customer service could make an exception. I never got another response to my texts. Be cautious while booking. They have NO customer service!
