This place is awesome literally has everything you'd want at a smoke shop and is super nice inside

They be doing sneaky stuff - like stating you can return a product if it's opened and doesn't work, but you CANNOT return an unopened item that was never opened or used...with a receipt. How does that make sense?? Dude saw me pay for it too then change my mind.Stay frosty folks.

I just moved here from Phoenix a couple months ago and am loving the level of customer service I get living out here! They have a lot better inventory than I was expecting considering the fact that it is a small town and I wasn't sure they'd have much to choose from. They don't have a lot in the way of mods and tanks but I was thrilled they had what I was looking for since mine got left in my old house. The gentleman who was working this evening was beyond helpful and super friendly. I will be returning here for sure!

Sure, the shop itself is nicely located for those of us living in the sticks. The inside is well-lit, clean and densely packed with various products, but these are the only positive attributes and not reflected in the customer experience at all.The first time I went in wasn't bad, they didn't have anything I wanted to buy priced on the shelf, so the employee (who mind you did nothing to assist me) guessed at the price of my items. Luckily, someone who appeared to be a manager or owner stepped in to prevent them from charging me four times the price for a $2 dollar purchase.Since this first mediocre stop every subsequent visit has been less enjoyable. Even fewer products are priced on the shelf so you're at the mercy of whatever the kid who won't look up from his phone wants to charge. Only the manager or owner from my first visit has ever offered to assist me in any way while in the store. And apparently none of the employees have been trained on the pricing as I've ended up paying two massively different prices on the same item less than two weeks apart.Yeah, they've got a ton of glass on their shelves, but none of it is worth owning. It's (almost) all cheap Chinese mass-manufactured trash that they're price-gouging the hell out of.Yeah, they're a smoke shop, but don't expect premium brands or products except for the very limited number of mid-range cigars they've been sitting on since they opened.I wish I had a solid local smoke shop, but right now, this place isn't it. I do hope they get some new staff and price everything clearly and fairly in the future.

Wow! This shop has had beautiful renovations! The white floors and clean glass were impressive! They're also affordable. Cody greeted me with a smile and took his time to answer all questions I had. 4th of July is 30% off of anything red white or blue. I'm guessing they have gr8 promos like this often. Also there was quite a savings in their daily prices in comparison to North tuscon.

The prices are very reasonable, cash only. Good selection of products, sales people are very friendly.
