We had the opportunity of driving to an urgent care on Broadway close to our house. Instead we drove to MHC Healthcare Quick Care because they are open until 8pm. We got here at about 7:30pm and they were able to see us within 10 mins. SUPER AWESOME! The medical assistant Nan and NP Tricia were so helpful! Truly compassionate staff!

I could not get my prescription refilled at Marana Health Care Center at 899 N Wilmot Rd, Tucson, AZ. After leaving three different messages for the nurse, I got no responses and no refills waited for me at the pharmacy. I contacted the manager and have had no response from her either. As of now there is no prescription refills for my medication waiting for me. What am I supposed to do? This is so frustrating! This may be coincidental, but this problem only showed up when I got a new primary care physician there. I've changed to a new primary health care facility.

I thought going to this clinic would be a great option since they can do everything in one place. I never see the same doctor and every time I go I get billed as a new patient so it costs more. Then they want you to come back in six months when there's nothing wrong with you so they can bill you again. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. It seems like a cluster mess of low-end doctors and a revolving door.

I've been a patient at MHC for years now, and unfortunately they have lost me as a patient. I have lost multiple providers this year due to them leaving the practice, and it has taken months to try to schedule appointments with new providers just to receive a physical exam for my insurance company. Any time I speak to the receptionist and specify that I want a physical only, they have billed me for "new patient exam" or "physician exam", even when I specifically specified I was only in need of a physical exam. I would definitely seek care else where.

My primary care doctor is in the process of changing offices and is booked for months. She recommended I make an appointment with another doctor to discuss my health. The scheduler and I agreed on a date and time for a telemed appointment with this other doctor, Dr. Ogala.Complete waste of my time! She was 20 minutes late, never apologized, and when she entered the appointment her video was turned off and she said absolutely nothing. When she finally came on video, she was faced away from the camera and was, from what I gather, reading my medical records. When she finally did speak to me, she never engaged with me, she talked to me facing away from the camera. For all I know she was playing solitaire or shopping on Amazon. She asked me what I was there for and when I responded, she totally ignored me and talked over me. She completely ignored the reason I was there, made her own judgments, and scheduled me for a treatment, I do not need, and prescribed me a medication that would have absolutely no affect on the real reason I was at this appointment. She was so rude, dismissive, did not listen to me at all. This was one of the worst doctor appointments I have ever had. I will wait until my primary doctor is able to see me next. Even if it is 6 months.

I can't believe they are actually qualified for medical care. If you have sniffles or need some insulin I'm sure they can handle that,,, but after being under care from a credentialed professional for 3 years I have become significantly worse. I have other doctors who are on it. Unfortunately, I now have to drive to Phoenix for this care which could have been entirely avoided. I tried to have amicable talks with the parties involved but they are doing their best to not make that a reality. Now I am forced to to file complaints with the state board of nursing and the secretary of Dept of Health. Don't get me wrong, they are very nice people. What do I expect? nothing other than early death. Change has to start somewhere and if no one stands up then we are all forced to kneel.

Today I had a sick visit and seen Dr Ogala and she was extremely rude, she first came in and looked at my kids and then at me and back at them and with a attitude in her voice she said " full house" like they were a bother or something, they both were sitting in the chairs waiting very patiently. She didn't even walk fully in the room like if she's scared to get close to me, doesn't even do a full exam looked in my ears only because I said they were hurting, goes to listen to my heart and I was wearing a sweater so thicker material and she's like ugh "can you take this off? " I said "no it's my shirt" and she sighs very loud, and the exam was over said its viral let it run it's corse and go to quick care if it worsens to test for the flu and RSV. Handed me two Covid test and told me to test at home if things get worse. Complete waist of time going to see Dr.Ogala I have been to MHC many times and never been treated so horrible by any of the drs or NP's.

Rude employees at OBGYN MHC! For this reason I left this clinic in May 2019 and transferred to another OB. They are not checking the information and still calling me, talking with attitude about appointments in this year 2021. ( thanks Jenifer ) reminded me again that I made a right choice leaving this facility!
