Fast for urgent care.
I screenshot the time I tried to check in and the times I called from outside. I was outside waiting for over 45 min
Curbside COVID-19 test with nasal swab
Exam room
Best doctor ever!
I pulled up parked and was done in 8 minutes
No one waiting..yet, wait time is 1.5 hrs for a person in extreme pain.

I come here for most of my medical needs. I often go to the labs. Psychiatry department is phenomenal. Meduma is a physician that listens to you! The pharmacy always has my prescriptions ready on time. Labs are in and out quick after called but make sure you go early.I even grab food at the cafe next door, at a decent affordable price.Overall I get excellent service but I often see others have issues at check-in. Not sure why the service is different than the quality of care.

Top of the line equipment but the front desk people are so rude it borders on embarrassing. The actual dental care is average.

Horrible! Horrible! Service, My son had a sore throat for 2 days so I took him to this urgent care and parked outside like the signs indicated. I called to check in and was asked to hold. I held for over 30 min. I decided to call back, Nancy the check-in clerk went on to either ignore the calls or asked me to hold without waiting for my response. This happened 9 times! After 45 min I decide to walk inside and she is checking someone in (3 people in lobby) it was not busy. She stops what shes doing to ask me to walk to the other window and put a mask on obviously she wasn't that busy to listen to me for 5 seconds. I asked if I should just walk in or wait outside like the signs indicates? She nodes her head no and shrugs her shoulders and says if you experiencing Covid symptoms wait outside. (Those people waiting in the lobby were not screened they just walked in; remember I had been outside waiting for over 45 min I seen them walk in clearly she had no intention of assisting me at all) Extremely frustrated I just left the facility and drove to Dove Mountain Location. My son was attended in 5 min and checked out less than 20 min. NEVER GOING BACK!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE!

Flu season is back and even though I got my flu shot I still ended up with a sinus infection. Thank goodness for Dr. S! She was able to fit me in today! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I felt super comfortable with her and she addressed all of my concerns. Highly recommend Dr. S. Thank you for everything and her assistant Alisha is awesome!!!!

Even though it is literally illegal to charge for a COVID-19 vaccination, they're going to try and do it. Don't bother bringing your insurance information, the person at the front desk isn't interested in the extra 30 seconds of work to include that on your form. Either way, it doesn't matter, it's against the government mandate to charge a fee of any kind.Unprofessional thieves, and a great example of why we need healthcare reform!

Tried contacting the pharmacy 3 times to get a Rx status. Been waiting over 2 hours to get medicine. Always get hung up on. This isn't how you help sick people.

QUICK CARE: I brought my husband here to "Quick Care" on July 8th 2019 to be treated. Our visit was the opposite of quick, and he was not cared for. We feel his care was 100% neglected. He complained of symptoms of dehydration, accompanied with a severe migraine, chills, and fever. (he works outdoors, and living here in AZ our whole lives we know exactly what being dehydrated looks and feels like) After waiting 15-20 minutes, he was taken back into a room for an "evaluation", where he requested pain relief and IV fluids (we even called the center before we left the house to ensure they do IV treatment for dehydration, we wanted to waste no time), this was at 2:50pm. It wasn't until 3:20pm, 30 minutes in the room in SEVERE pain, when they administered a nausea medication he already had at home, and could've taken if he felt he needed it, and told him to wait another 10 minutes. He shouldn't have waited that long to be "helped" in the first place, let alone to recieve a medication to help a symptom he didn't even have at the time; especially when upon arrival, there were only two other people in the Quick Care lobby. In addition, the staff in the back also could have waited until there wasn't a patient with extreme head pain to loudly joke and conversate. My husband texted me to vent the situation, as I was out in the parking-lot waiting for him with our two young children in the car. He stated that he was feeling ignored and in so much pain. I felt extremely upset and helpless that my loved one was still in pain (at a place that I stupidly suggested), so I brought my children and myself inside to express that I felt like his care was being blown off. The receptionist, unlike everyone else I encountered here on this day, was extremely kind and empathetic to me about the entire situation, which I greatly appreciated then and still now (thanks kind lady)! The wonderful receptionist called the provider over to the front desk for me to express my concern. Nurse Practitioner, Consuelo Moore, came to the desk and it was very clear she was annoyed before I spoke a word. I told her that I felt my husband's care was being blown off, and asked why he was given the the medication he was given; her response was silence and stared at me in almost disbelief it looked like, arms crossed. I repeated my statement and question, and she shrugged and looked off to the side and said "well I'm sorry you feel like his care isn't good enough here" and went to the back, I'm assuming to my husband's room because he abruptly stormed out of the back not a minute later. He said that Consuelo made it very clear to him that the IV would be a nuisance, she said "I hope you know you're going to be here for 3 or more hours with IV so you might as well tell your family to go home. I also have to find someone in the building that knows how to administer one so it's up to you." I felt like giving him that useless information was giving opportunity for him to feel like a burden and not accept the IV, despite needing it. At this point, not only did my husband feel ignored, I did as well. I asked to talk to a supervisor and spoke with a woman who's name I believe was Robin. She listened to our concerns at first, but ultimately also ended up walking away from me while I was still expressing concern. Granted, I was walking out the door to take my husband to another practice to actually be treated, but I felt like it was extremely unprofessional of her to approach me to hear out my concerns as a customer, and then walk away when she decided she was done listening. I would have rather not expressed my concerns to her as it was wasted breath and time.We had to leave this place, with my husband's pain still increasing, to seek a place that would actually help him. We went to Southwest Urgent care on Ina, and he was immediately taken care of. The doctor took one brief glance at my husband and insisted he needed fluids and blood work done. Not only did they give him an IV in 40 minutes when Marana told us 3 hours, the blood work they insisted on doing revealed he had an INFECTION that required antibiotics. Marana Heath Center let my husband sit in unnecessary increasing pain, dehydrated, fever, with infection, resulting in him leaving untreated to seek help. I would have considered this malpractice if he had passed out between Marana Health Center's doors, and the SW Urgentcare. My husband and I both have all of our medical needs (primary care, dental, OBGYN, etc.) taken care of here with the Marana Health Center, our children too, but I am absolutely appalled at our visit on the 8th, appalled with Consuelo Moore's bedside manner, I now strongly consider switching providers. I will never suggest this place to another person again, and will be sure to relay our experience to anyone who considers taking their health to Quick Care. It's not quick, and they do not care.

Went in to the urgent care on Xmas eve and the front desk was rude right off the bat. Then when we get called into the room the ma was nice but then we waited for 30 mins and the NP hadn't been in to check on us(although we could hear her in the hallway) the rooms were sooo hot. I went out to ask how much longer it would be and the "provider" NP Rebecca Hoover, came flying in the room yelling at me telling me if I didn't like it we can leave! I told her to not take it out on us cuz she is working a holiday. She said cancel their test and you're free to leave! Mind you we have been sick with the flu at that point for 3 days. She doesn't care about people. And the office staff up front just wanted to hang out with their friends that were in the lobby! I wouldn't give them a star but I have to

I called prior to coming into this facility and was told to go to be seen for non narcotic migraine medication. I drove over 40 minutes to the location, then waited 45 minutes to be told by a very rude provider that I cannot be helped beyond a shot that lasts 12 hrs. I explained I was told to come for daily meds as the main office is booked out by weeks, and was told basically "too bad". When i stated that I had now wasted almost two hours of my time I was told I would no longer be seen due to "attitude". I've never experienced such disrespect in a medical office or had my time wasted more than I did today. I am disgusted and will never be back. If you want real care, this is not the place for it. If I could give -100 stars I absolutely would.
