We walked into a clean but empty restaurant. The waitress sat us immediately which was easy. It kinda worried me about no one there; but there were numerous people picking up take out food. We received our meals which was a typical Chinese tasting dish. As we ate other patrons came and dined in. The take outs continued to picked up. The waitress was knowledgeable of the meals and checked in on us frequently. We would eat there again.

Not quite as good as I would have hoped in a crowded Chinese food market. I got the Hunan beef. For what I paid the portion size and quality wasn't a good value. The service was average. This wouldn't be my first choice for Chinese food after giving them a try.

Drive 45 minutes calling and calling along the way to place order...nobody would ever answer so we get here at 8:25 and they got chains on the door! SO NOT HAPPY

We did a delivery to our hotel and the food arrived on time and hot. Delicious We enjoyed garlic chicken, chicken wings, 3 ingredient Lo mein . We thought all was seasoned well and portions were nice. We were just traveling through and didn't want to drive. Good choice for Chinese and authentic!

Food was great, Good price for a good amount of food. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant wasn't super busy went so it was quiet and peaceful. We've also ordered DoorDash through them and food was still really good quality

I made an order to go for dinner, and only received the sweet and sour chicken with white rice. I was not asked if I wanted fried rice, as well as did not receive the egg roll that their menu states dinner comes with, nor was I asked if I wanted to pay the $1.00 extra for the soup. If you ask me, that's not very good customer service.

Long time patron of the Mandarin Grill. Quality and taste is consistent but the portions are getting smaller. I've been ordering the same lunch specials for years. Same great taste only less ingredients. Egg rolls seem to have shrank too. I brought this to the owner's attention on one occasion and was comped a free meal which was really professional. I'll continue to dine at the Mandarin Grill but probably not as often as I used to.
