I picked up 4 large pizzas $187.14.I had to ask for cheese and peppers and was given a ridiculously small amount for20 people, they were given loose no bag, no help to the vehicle to load and the pizza was below average crust not doneand limp, in general no flavor. The restaurant was dark and long in the tooth and the person on duty was not only unhelpful but unpleasant.

Stopped in here and order a few things. First was wings, They were delicious. My Wife ordered spaghetti, Again very delicious. The pizza is on a different level. SOME OF THE BEST PIZZA EVER! We are from out of town and just stopped by for a quick bite. If you're hungry this is definitely the place to go. The dining area is nice and clean and has a nice Fountain in the center with chairs and tables all around it. A great family place.

Went for lunch on Wednesday, first time back since before the pandemic. Turnaround time on the pizza was much better on this occasion, about 30 minutes. Had a beer while we waited, they have 3-4 on tap.I really like their crust texture, but it didn't have as much flavor as I remembered. The pepperoni is very good as were the green peppers.They seem to do a heck of a carry-out business, the pies were streaming out the door while we were there. They make the largest pizza I have ever seen, it's like an XL!

We tried again after previous multiple bad experiences. Mistake. We ordered a large half pep/half meatball online. Hubs went to pick it up and at first they charge the card and say we don't have your order. Hubs asks then why are you charging me. Guy says it's here but it's not cooked yet it'll be ready in 10-15 minutes and says they won't charge us. Gave him a beer and told him to wait - which he did and got our pizza 15 minutes later. Unfortunately hubs didn't check the pizza before coming home and finding it was missing pepperoni and it was just bad. And although they didn't charge us right away, a week later a 28 dollar charge appears. Bad all around, we won't be back.

Will not be back. It took 30 minutes for 2 slices of pizza for dinner and there were less than 10 customers inside. Each slice was $9. As you can see in my picture, the ham and pineapple was significantly larger than the sausage and mushroom. The sausage and mushroom was very crispy and the ham and pineapple was not. The pizza did not taste good. You leave your dirty dishes at your table and no one came around to clean them off the whole time we were there. The prices on the menu hanging on the wall behind the counter are deceiving as they are cheaper than the ones on the handout menu. I don't recommend this place.

We all were back this past Friday night. Parents are now both 84. Warmly greeted, perfectly fine service, sat in a very clean booth (the whole restaurant looked clean). The pizza was excellent, especially that Meat Lovers pizza. A lot better even than my North Beach Pizza back in my home of San Francisco! Zero complaints for anything. Just a very good dining experience and delicious pizza pies. I just wanted to be fair and put an updated review--all was now fine at Mama's! We will be back on my next visit to Oro Valley!

I don't know what all these poor reviews are about. Great pizza, ready on time, friendly staff..I'd upload a photo but we killed a huge family style pizza tonight. No mas. You got some good stuff here guys... don't let these bad reviews get you down. Just keep the product fresh, the customer service top notch, and efficiency at its finest and you will thrive.

Service:Good. Ambiance: Good. Food: pizza was really bad. This is supposed to be a New York style pizza. It doesn't even come close to a NY style pizza. The pizza was flat and dry and had no flavor. NY pizza should be full of flavor and the cheese should pull away when you take a bite. Oil should drip down your hand. I picked up a pizza last Friday afternoon and took it home as soon as it came out of the oven. The pizza was dry and I have no idea what kind of crust was on it. I love pizza crust and I couldn't eat this crust. For a really good pizza, I'll go to Dominic's on Thornydale or drive clear across town to Arizona Pizza on Sabino Canyon, south of Sunrise.
