This is the quirkiest Mail Center I have ever been in. It is in a semi-disheveled state ALL.THE.TIME.It is run by a couple older gents, of which the taller one needs to be given the opportunity to work elsewhere. I am truly unsure how they stay in business, there are options nearby that are well run, congenial, and look like they care. 2 stars only for staying in business.

Overpriced and the service is awful. Two pages printed and it cost $4 then needed a notary for work verification and he refused to sign because the federal government form didn't have a specific line that said notary. I called my employer and she talked him through filling out the form as an authorized representative and he still refused to sign. The last time I used his services I was the only customer in the room and he continued to work on his computer for 5 minutes before he acknowledged I was at the counter. Just a horrible business with terrible customer service!!

Before Christmas I stood in line for 25 + minutes at this business. I thought it would be of value. It wasn't. I was shipping a simple package. However, the person on duty. Was a bit overwhelmed by the crowd of people waiting to send. When it was my turn I presented my package & showed on my phone the delivery address. Fast forward a month & I went to the store to to pick up the package that wasn't delivered to its intended destination.The same person informed its was my fault that it was sent to the wrong destination, never said he was sorry. And tried to tell I gave him the wrong information. And he would refund my shipping costs. Unless I came back a different day to speak to the owner. Therefore, my best way to deal with the situation is to inform others "stay away". Go to a place that provides you an e-mail so you can easily track your package & see in black & white where it is located.

We get our mail and our packages delivered to Mail Well Shipping because of where we live. Roger, the proprietor, is a great guy and always helpful. The location is convenient for us, the hours are better than a post office, and they accept UPS and FedEx deliveries, in addition to USPS. We're glad this business is here!

Unlike the other reviews I've read here on Yelp, I've had a relatively positive experience. It is true that one of the workers is way less social than the other, but I'm not there to form relationships, so whatever. I ask them to send a thing somewhere for me, they find the cheapest/fastest method for me and ship it. Finally, they send me off with a tracking number along with ETA info. That's all in line with my expectations. Touchdown.I've yet to have a shipping complication when shipping from the Mail Well. It's been my experience that the nice guy is super nice and even remembers my face from visit to visit. He goes the distance when I come in with a mismatch bunch of unpackaged stuff and ask him to ship this here and that there. No complaints, just knocks it out with a smile, and most times, a funny joke or friendly observation. Anyway, he certainly keeps me coming back.I keep asking if/when they'll get/use NFC payments (e.g. Apple Pay), but that doesn't keep me away. I'm happy that they keep my info on file from visit to visit, good enough.

Everytime I seem to make my occasional trip to this place, I always encounter the same worker. And this person always has such a terrible attitude, almost like they're miserable. He never seems like he's happy to be there or enthusiastic at all. I don't feel welcome at that store one bit.

I purchased USPS priority service at this location and dropped off an envelope on 1/14. When I checked the tracking on USPS.com, it showed the item was still waiting to be scanned in as picked up. I called the business on 1/15 and spoke with "Grumpy," who told me that the item needed to be scanned in at USPS and that their software wasn't as good as FedEx or UPS. He told me to call USPS and check on the problem with them and then hung up on me. When I called USPS, they told me to contact Mail Well! For all I knew, the envelope was still sitting at Mail Well or had been mangled in a USPS sorting machine. The envelope was finally delivered on 1/18, which was within the time frame I was told, but it was missing until 1/16. This whole situation was bungled somewhere, and "Grumpy" was very unfriendly and unconcerned about the situation. I had mailed off critical medical records to a hospital, and they went into the abyss, and this became my problem. Until "Grumpy" gets "Ungrumpy," I'll go to USPS and pay half of what I paid and wait the 5 minutes.

thumbs down no rating! I was promised and assured luggage mailed would be taken care of! (wrapped and secure). They were out of paper and wrap to do myself but clerk assured me he would take care of it. Luggage arrived; however, suit case is destroyed and not secured as assured! I said several times I would bring back wrapped and secured.

Roger & his staff are very knowledgeable about all the services they offer. They know their business and are always willing to help me figure out the best way to send my mail or packages. They are quick without rushing and easily accomplish what I ask for (packaging, shipping, faxing, scanning, etc.). I am usually quite busy and appreciate that they are friendly but stick to business.
