The appraisers that came to my house were wonderful and worked quickly and were great with my dogs. However the fee for the appraisal was almost $200 more than others in the area but I wanted it done quickly so I went ahead. Only to find out they only accept checks or credit cards with a $30 processing fee. Again I wanted this done quickly and then I found out there was more than a 3 week turn around time. And to cancel it there is a $150 trip fee. This is not modern business, don't waste your time

This company didn't even bother to return my phone call, even after they had taken my info. ...guess they don't need the business,

The Web site states turn around time of 5 days or less, well it took 22 days, cost me an extra $290 in closing, but he didn't care, for he never returned phone calls. I was kind enough to let him use my toilet, had to clean the area after he left. There are plenty of appraisers out there do yourself a favor, shop around and get it in writing how long the appraisal report will take before you hire this company.
