Louie's Pub

It has an argument for the best dive bar in Midtown.Louie's is a good place to watch sports and play pool during the week, and a surprisingly fun place to go dancing with a small group of friends on the weekend. DJs are awesome. Micheladas are among the best in Tucson. They have a comfortable, enclosed patio.If my friends don't want to go all the way downtown, this is at the top of my list!

I was expecting maybe a dive bar (which actually would be OK) but no, Louie's Pub is a fine neighborhood tavern. It wasn't busy when we were there so maybe that adds to my rating (I'm not a fan of loud, crowded bars). Judging from the Yelp photos, Louie's can get that way though.- great sittable bar- varied seating elsewhere including high tops- reasonable drink prices - lots of TVs

I Love Louie's! It's like cheers from the 80's. Everyone knows your name and the bartenders know what you want. The beer is cold and the ambiance is divey !!!! I love this place

Louie's Pub is second to none! I have been coming here since it first opened! You want to see true hospitality in the service industry? Stop in here at any time! Aside from feeling like family while you're here the owners are literally taking it upon themselves to clean up the surrounding neighborhood!

Love coming to Louie's, atmosphere is great, beer is cold, bartenders are always nice and love the pool tables.

Louie's is one of the best hidden gems in Tucson! The hospitality from the second you walk in the door is unmatched! Louie the owner makes you feel so welcomed! I will be back soon!

We had an overnight trip and wanted to visit a place with good drinks and great prices. Louies Pub was the place we pick and had a great experience. Definitely a local bar and loved the ambiance there. We had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was very friendly and polite. Would definitely visit again next's time we are back in town. I was looking for a local pub and based on what I saw on Yelp, thought this might be worth a look. Went in on new years eve at 7PM thinking it might have a crowd. NOT. There were a dozen guys and a few girls there, but all were from the same group that just got back from a golf game. If not for that I would be the only person here. The bartender was nice, but after I got my beer I was forgotten. A second bartender came in the door, but I was ignored by her too. Because of this I never got a chance to get a second beer so left. On the good side this place is very clean, so I don't think the word "dive bar" is correct, and they have plenty of TV screens to watch a game.This might be a good place to hang out with friends on a Saturday night, or play a game of pool, but I am not going back.
