I have to admit this is a chain restaurant place, but I have to say that it was one of the better ones. The staff were super friendly and my order was spot on. I only ordered a bean burrito, but the beans were made really good. The other order that I had to pickup was, just as good as my bean burrito! My bean burrito came out to about six bucks and that wasn't bad. It was pretty decent size and a lot bigger than one of the ones from around Irvington and 6th.

You don't eat at Los Betos because you want to impress your date, or because you are planning a location to propose -- at least I hope not. This is not necessary the go-to restaurant you visit because of its stunning decor and outward aesthetic, it's eager-to-please staff or because you can gain some cache for being "on the scene." No. Los Betos is the nitty-gritty of culinary experiences. It's where you go for a lunchtime quickie or a late night hushed food rush -- the type of meal you eat in secret. Probably in your car. In some abandoned parking lot. Or at the foot of some neighborhood park. Or, I don't know...No one ever gloats, "Gosh! You simply must read my new review of Los Betos!" No. You frequent Los Betos because you can be sure that, for the price of one, you are going to have enough food to feed two or even four people. Mass, budget eating? This is your spot. It's the kind of place you would imagine draws bikers and veteran truck drivers on the regular. But, alas, it generally draws whole families and people who have just spilled out of the bars and clubs. Why else do you visit? People love it. The sensation of biting into the adobada plate or a cheesy tostada drenched in guacamole and sour cream happens to release the feel good chemicals your brain and body are driven to secrete. But me? Why do I love Los Bestos? Goodness, I am still trying to figure it out. I have long abandoned the familiar faces of American fast food. McDonald's and Wendy's have been on my "off limits" list for years -- at least seven years. I also will not eat at In N Out, Chick-Fil-A, Jack in the Box, Burger King, Carl's Jr., Taco Bell (NEVAR AGAIN!!!), etc. These types of restaurants strike more terror inside of me than a rogue plastic bag floating across the highway. The gut-wrenching fear is real! But Los Bestos. I still return for the breakfast burrito. The bacon, egg, cheese and potato burrito is the perfect ratio of everything good. The shrimp entree is delicious. I do not know how the shrimp is cooked. I may not want to know. The carne asada is always so flavorful, and never dry. Oh! The zanahorias! I learned about them -- learned to love them and learned how to pronounce them -- thanks to Los Betos. And the super nachos? Well, this is probably my least favorite on the menu but, still, the nachos are quite good. And the beans. The refried beans are soft and smooth. They call my name from a distance at night. I love these frijoles. Never a husk or bean pulp was seen in the bowl of yummy goodness. Not to mention that this particular Los Betos is my absolute favorite in town! Though I am told that the owner of this location owns only the one Los Betos on west Valencia. I thought the same person/family owned them all.I will return again and again.

My sister orders the veggie burrito. It is very good. Affordable. I order the chili relleno burrito. Relleno is cold, cheese inside it is not melted. Definitely would not recommend this particular burrito. Will try this place again and I'll order a different burrito.

The wait took at least 15 minutes for soup! The ordering station is horrible! Well at least the one I went to. They can barely hear anything we say. The food was okay but do t recommend eating here

Every time we come to this location they always get the orders and correct today's order it was fairly simple one of them had no egg the given ingredients for the other items that we want in it. Unfortunately we did not check the items until we were home turns out they did at the egg on the one that we did not want a again and this is not just one time this is constantly Happening Here

Was not happy with their burritos. They have the ability to be amazing...the tortilla was fantastic and the other ingredients paired nicely with it except for one ingredient...CILANTRO. Holy FUCK!! I felt like I was eating a tortilla stuffed with just cilantro. It was so overpowering, it really ruined the meal. You guys need to chill with the cilantro

Fiending for some food on a Palm Sunday, Los Betos seemed like a good choice as I approached the dilapidated drive through with only my faith that they would have a greasy taco to tide me over. Those Betos badasses delivered!Drive thru seemed like a good choice. That or eat with the homeless guy laying on their picnic tables. Maybe he wasn't homeless, it's just that his decision to wear his underwear on the outside of his pants led me to believe that maybe he was. Excuse me for being a snob, but I decided to eat in the car. Girthy--that's the expletive best suited to describe the taco Los Betos doles out in my opinion. I had one adobado and an agua fresca and was set for a good while. The tacos here are probably best if you plan on taking a nap soon. I suspect the guy on the bench may have scored one before falling into deep slumber.

Swung by here since I was in the area and while it looked shady, I was hungry. Glad I did as the tacos were really good. A good amount of grease and hearty to the point that 3 did the job. Add in a soda and the meal was less than $6. Hard to beat that.

Great food and wonderful customer service. We had a good meal at the end of a very long travel day. Simple food made well. The enchiladas were really good, the sauce was spicy and tasty.

We usually come get Los Betos later on in the evening and a woman is always working the drive thru register and she has horrible customer service!! All she keeps asking is "is that it?" Like no. Just so rude. But the food is always good. So that's why it gets 2 stars.
