I am so happy that I read others reviews on little Germany, and saw the high recommendations. I would just like to add that I do not think the recommendations were high enough. I have depended on them several times to give me an honest opinion and not gouge me and they've never disappointed. Chris it's amazing to work with as is everyone else there the owner is a wonderful lady.

Always performed great work on my Volkswagon Touareg. Honest and trustful management staff that you can count on to service your European car. I only take my cars to little Germany and highly recommend them to others as they are a valuable asset in these times and hard to find. Much better work than a dealership.

I wanted to give the Service Manager Chris and his mechanics a thumbs up for taking care of business and explaining necessary repairs and offer an honest recommendation without any pressure. I would have no problem taking my BMW there at anytime!

if I could give this a zero I totally would, this place is not safe to go. I took my car multiple times and never got a good fix until I decided to get a second opinion about what my car truly had because my car stopped working the next day my car was "fix" in this please. Please do not go there for your safety. I never had done this kind of reviews but I am scared that other people get scammed with these people and most importantly for your own safety please go somewhere else.

I wish I could say I had a better experience. I saw their ratings and hoped I'd have a very good experience. I called multiple times and received multiple promises of a call back. I did not receive a call back after several attempts and finally gave up. I've repaired my vehicle elsewhere.

On November 15, 23 I took my 2008 Audi A4 to the shop for 45K service and Brake flush, was told it would take three and one half hours for the work to be completed. After exactly 2 hours I received the call that I can pickup my car and the bill came to over $700 which I was not quoted. The labor charge was $525 and $200 and some for the rest. How can Little Germany charge $525 labor for 2 hours of work and then I was told there are a few things needing to be fixed next time I bring in my car. They stated I have an oil leak on the engine which I never had before and it's still not leaking. I called Audi Tucson and was told the 45K service is $205 and the Brake flush $170. This is the last time I will take my car to this shop, it's the biggest ripoff I ever encountered I would give a zero star if that would be possible

You guys are awesome. Only place I'll take my 85 Beamer from this point on! Great staff, friendly, took their time.... The 85 drives like a dream! Thanks guys!
