Little Bird Nesting

This is such a cute little story if you have children! They have a good selection of baby items as well as clothes. The people working here were very kind and helpful as well, I enjoyed being here with my children will come again!

Nice local resell shop for maternity, infants and toddler clothing, toys and accessories. You can trade or sell your baby and toddler items. The location is in the eclectic strip mall with lots of ethnic food and retail shops. The prices are reasonable, and what they have will change daily. If you are expecting or if you need to get rid of items, this is great place to try out.

First of all the manger or whatever she is, the one with short hair. Is rude and incredibly raciest...looked at me absolutely disgusted when I smiled at her. My top reason why I stopped coming in here. Two, prices are ridiculous for USED items. Might as well go to target or a Carters at that point. I just overall hate how I feel walking in here because I know how I'm being judged. Also trying to sell items is again absolutely not worth it, they low ball the heck out of you ESPECIALLY when it is that manger quoting you. Wouldn't waste my time or money or gas even on coming here.

Been here a few times, and just as well as the other 1 star reviewers it's the treatment/customer service that's an absolute turn off.I don't like to complain but everytime I've been in I hope it will be a better experience, nothing has changed.Knowing they make money off me, opening a second location without properly training there staff.No thank you, I'm good.I would recommend another store than this one.

I am deaf of 3 kids (7yrs old, 6 yrs old & 2yrs old) I am new to this store and i always went to many stores like thifts, goodwill, savers and others. I never had this problem until this store. This lady in the picture, i don't know her name but shes a manager/supervisor. She disrespectful and not being professional by communicate me as she aware that I am deaf. She kept talking when I told her that i am deaf and she still TALKING. then she gave me an attitude and finally write down on card and say "you need to controlling your kids around here or you can't be here". I did tried my best to controlling them, all I see is my kids didn't destroy anything but touched the toys because they are curious... I watching them and looking at clothes at same time until this lady came to us and talking with attitudes. No matter how many times my friend and I kept telling her that we are deaf she still talking! until my sister in law showed up and that lady talking to her too. she told her that she's deaf. that's how she started gave us attitude and wrote down on card like I told you. then i got mixed feeling about shop there so I typed on my phone said ""i can't control my kids my first son is adhd and my second is mild autism... and your approach is not professional because of your attitude so i'm gonna comment on review about this store how you treat us as a customer."" she got angry because I return the basket with clothes that I planned to shop but changed my mind after this happened. she went to my sister in law and grabbed the clothes that she plan to shop. she got confused and don't know whats going on. so yeah my sister in law is more patient than I am. because i am boiled how that lady approach is not an professional at all! i'm never return this and please don't go there if your kids are wild or unable to control their behavior because she literally told me to keep my kids quiet even tho she aware that my kids are adhd and mild autism and also she still talking too! she didn't even say anything nice. so never go this store ever again.

I am always amazed by how clean and organized this store isIt's a great place to trade baby stuff and donate to charity.

I really want to like Little Bird more, but going there always feels like more of a chore than anything. The quality is always good prices are usually reasonable (considering they have to upsell to make a profit), but I've found customer service to be hit and miss. Sometimes the girls working are friendly, but oftentimes it seems like I'm somehow inconveniencing staff, whether I'm buying, trading, or just looking around. I only go a few times per year because it's a bit of a drive - I'd go more often if the place seemed more warm and welcoming. 9/10+ times I'd rather thrift in town or shop secondhand online through Marketplace or Mercari rather than bothering here, which is sad because the trade option is a perk (in theory), I'd much rather support a small business.Not to mention, parking is very limited and generally a pain. Not sure what could be done about that rather than moving or expanding more, but that's just another hassle I usually can't be othered with.

I've been really happy with the payout I received. The prices are great and the variety is really good.

love this store, me and boyfriend decided to come to look at some stuff and were pleasantly surprised at the prices. It's our second kid and we've spent almost a fortune on the first one just for baby stuff. So this place is great! Has a nice selection and employees are helpful and nice.

I love shopping at this store due to the reasonable prices on clothes and little items but I have had it with their trade policies. The staff is not very friendly and they are wayyyyy too picky on what they will even take from you for trade. They forget that they are a USED baby/child store NOT a new one! They will only take stuff from you if it looks brand new but then give you a fraction of what you actually paid for it back in trade. Makes me not even want to trade anything with them anymore its such a waste of my time and energy to get it to the store to either be denied or receive pennies for it. Looking for a better store to trade my good items too and shop at.
