My roommate and I, who were graduate level students, lived here for the last 3 years and it has by far been my most positive renting experience ever. LOCATION/PARKINGThis is a prime location, about 10 minutes walk to Fry's/ ~2 minutes drive. I could walk to Banner main campus hospital or the university health science campus in about 20-25 minutes. I could take the number 6 bus to get to the main campus and University avenue easily after a few stops, or get to downtown just as easily with the number 6. Free parking up to 2 spots included with our lease. The parking isn't covered but you can use a window shade or there are a few large trees that can provide shade.NOISEMost of the tenants were also quiet and there were no frat parties within this complex. Or they were good at concealing it and I never knew . If you are looking at other nearby housing/apartments, they seem to attract a much rowdier crowd. THE HOUSEOne of the main reasons I chose this location initially was that it was a very reasonable price, in a good location, and it was two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It is nice to not have your own bathroom, and if one breaks, you have the other to use until it gets fixed. One bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. The kitchen itself is cozy, perhaps a bit less than I personally would want, but if you don't excessively buy kitchen appliances you'll probably be fine. We fit a large microwave, small rice cooker, Keurig, dish rack, 6 qt instant pot, and magic bullet easily. Electric burners. Easily accessible breaker box in the kitchen area if you kind of know what you're doing (or can YouTube for help) if you need to reset a circuit.Extra perks: We had a nice little front patio area which I wish we took more advantage of, but we were always a bit too busy, and I am unfortunately a delicious tasting morsel magnet to mosquitoes. There is an additional storage on the back side of each housing unit, which can store a decent amount of stuff. I personally only kept a half-broken bike there, but it probably gets decently hot as it faces the setting sun.MANAGEMENT Bill, the landlord, was definitely a landlord who cares about the upkeep of the property rather than just trying to patch fix an issue after it crops up. He did regular check-ins every few months to check and change the air filter, and run a cleaning cycle through the washer and dishwasher. He was also easily accessible, and if something went catastrophically wrong, he addressed it in a very timely manner with whichever maintenance crew was needed to fix it. It was easy to pay rent via Zelle, and even when my bank did something stupid and sent a rent payment after I moved out despite me finishing my repeating payment sequence appropriately, Bill was very prompt to my text and sent the money back to me. Chase said as Zelle is a third party platform there's nothing they could do from their end (which makes me never want to use Zelle for anything but a one-time payment with trusted individuals). Additionally, he did not spring the all too common unchangeable and frankly BS "fees" that many landlords charge everyone when moving out. He outlined usual problem areas that can deduct from the security deposit prior to moving out, and was very fair with the final deposit. Bill is easy to contact, reliable, and an actually good person, which is hard to find with a lot of scummy landlords that are unfortunately all too common near a college campus.THE BOTTOM LINEI didn't even know this property had a Yelp page, but there's a reason it's rated so highly. If you're looking for a good property to rent with a good landlord and no drama, this is a perfect place.

I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The location is awesome and the landlord is better than any landlord I've ever had. He's very kind, get things done when you need it, and takes really good care of the place. There is free parking in a lot in the back and each unit shares a wall with another and I almost never heard my neighbors. I wish I didn't have to leave because I really loved it here!

My roommate and I have lived at Linden Terrace going on 3 years now and we could not be happier! To begin, the location is amazing! We are both at the University and are able to ride our bikes to class, making our commute very convenient. Aside from location, the space itself is rather spacious for 2 people - each person has their own bathroom and restroom and the duplex is fully equipped with a full size fridge, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher. Bill, our landlord, is incredible. Whenever there is any issue, he will send Dan, the maintenance man, to fix it ASAP. He also does monthly checks on the washing machine and dish washer to check for mold or any problems and will schedule maintenance to fix it as quickly as possible. He is very diligent and maintains excellent communication - he is easily accessible for any questions/concerns/needs. I would definitely recommend Linden Terrace to anyone that is looking for a spacious place to live with an excellent location and an amazing landlord!

If you have the chance, LIVE HERE!!!! Bill was a wonderful landlord and was very attentive and responsive to our needs. He truly cares about his tenants. I have had a great experience living here, and that is mostly to do with having Bill as our landlord. He is extremely responsive and helpful, and he has a handyman named Dan who performs maintenance on the apartment every few months to make sure things like the washing machine/dishwasher doesn't accumulate mold. We have never had any big problems with our unit while living here, but when we do, Dan comes and fixes it immediately. Living here has been so pleasant and I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for quiet housing near campus/downtown. I have never had an issue with neighbors being loud. Great place for students or young professionals.

Living at Linden Terrace is a great experience. Next, I list the top 10 reasons why I recommend this complex:1. Units in impeccable conditions: The owner keeps a regular maintenance schedule. This implies that any issue can be spotted ahead, and proper actions can be taken. During my whole stay (2 years) I never had any major problem. Only one time the valve for the WC stopped working properly (water was constantly running). I notified the owner and the problem was solved within a few hours. 2. Convenient location: This 10-unit complex has a convenient location. It is relatively close to the University of Arizona (10 minutes by bicycle or ~20 min walk). In my perspective, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. 3. Safety: It is important to say that every unit has a fire extinguisher located at the kitchen. Emergency exits are installed inside each room (I have never seen this in any other place). Each unit also has a smoke detector.4. Storage:A storage room is available for each unit. This is very convenient and the available volume is fairly large. 5. Other advantages:Each unit has 2 complete bathrooms (the main room has a private one). The small patio is also great for small gatherings, BBQs, for enjoying reading a book, or just chilling outside. During the winter, a chimney provides a warm and great option for social gatherings as well. 6. Utilities:One important thing to say is that everything is electric. Regarding the utilities, water, sewer, and trash service are included with the rental fare. Two big containers are located at the parking lot area (Please recycle). Tenants are responsible for electricity and Internet bills only. All the units are equipped with the proper cable connections so installing such services is very straightforward. 7. Available Parking:Two spots are reserved for each unit (Parking). Parking lot is not covered; however, there are many trees that provide good shade for such purpose. 8. Great communication:The owner is very accessible all the time. He is very professional and respectful. Likewise, the maintenance personnel are very friendly, professional, and respectful too.9. Keep your little friend close.Pets are allowed with the previous agreement from all parties.10. Do laundry at your best convenience:Every unit possess an environmentally friendly wash machine and dryer. I really encourage you to consider this complex. It offers a great and comfortable living atmosphere at a very reasonable price.

Linden Terrace has been the most pleasant place to live since I have been in college! Bill (the owner) cares about his tenants so much and is quick to answer any maintenance issues. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to the University without the outrageous price. The apartments are clean modern and the landscape is well kept. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

I hear lots of horror stories from my friends about their landlords, but Bill (landlord of Linden Terrace) is an exemplary one. Not only is the apartment itself great, but Bill responds quickly to any text, call, or email about your apartment. Dan, the maintenance staff, is also excellent and timely. The apartment is wonderful because there's only one shared wall, so it felt more like a house to me. My roommate and I had sufficient shared and private space. The complex is quiet and conducive to studying and relaxation. It is about a 15-20 minute bike ride to U of A. I highly recommend Linden Terrace!

Living in Linden Terrace was a wonderful experience. I lived here for two years (Summer 2021 to Summer 2023), and my time here was amazing. When I moved in, the unit was spotless and immaculately cleaned. While occupying the space, I thought there was ample storage, large rooms, nice appliances (especially the in-unit washer and dryer, which were pristine!), and the opportunity for plenty of privacy from my roommate with the two bed/two bath floor plan. The outside of the apartment was just as great. I felt very safe with the extensive flood lights installed around the property and in the parking lot. The landscaping around the property is beautiful, mature, and well maintained by the owner. Interacting with the landlord was always positive- Mr. Bache is incredibly professional, gracious, and responsive to any and all questions and concerns. If problems arose (which were incredibly rare in my time living here- only occurred twice with minor fixes), he was quick to respond and fixed the problem within 48 hours in my experience. The location was also ideal for me as a student at the University of Arizona. Campus is a short walk away, and the property is located a couple hundred feet from a bus stop if you do not feel like walking. I would absolutely recommend living here if you have the chance. I enjoyed my residence in Linden Terrace immensely.

My roommate & I lived at Linden Terrace for the past three years (July 2020-May 2023), and we have both enjoyed our time here greatly! The unit was nice and clean. Bill and his management crew were on top of their maintenance routine- the few issues we had were small and far in between. My roommate and I were medical students at the UA; so the location of the complex was convenient as it was close to the Banner-UMC/campus, and as well as close to Fry's grocery store. Lastly, we were able to communicate with Bill directly about any concerns we had (he was professional and gracious always). Thank you for everything!

I lived at Linden Terrace for 3 years, and would've stayed even longer if I could! The units are extremely clean and well maintained. They're biking distance to campus, which was a plus, and the neighbors have all been friendly and quiet. It's also pet-friendly - no pet rent! I've lived in my fair share of off-campus housing but Bill (the landlord) is by far the best landlord I've had. He's extremely responsive, always available by phone/email, and when we ever needed a repair, it was done within the next 48 hours. Our A/C gave out one summer but Bill was very apologetic and it was fixed almost immediately! The maintenance man, Dan, is also so nice and get repairs done really quickly. They both go above and beyond your average landlording. :) At the end of my lease, Bill was incredibly fair about any damages and returned our deposits - most places will rip you off and take out "cleaning fees" and such. TLDR; I would recommend anyone looking for a safe and clean environment to live here!
