Im a local bruja / maker in town and As a small business owner it is nerve wrecking to reach out to a "bigger" small business in hopes of working with them. I reached out via insta (by filling out a vendor form) to L&T and didn't hear back for two weeks. I am patient, so I followed up with a DM introducing myself and asking if the form was received. (I was offering my new product of a cat nip stuffies for pets) The response from L & T was less than friendly, as they did not greet with a hello or even bother to introduce themselves but rather simply saying all they saw on the form was cat toys and if that was all I sold. I explained it was not all I sold, but all I was offering. I was then left on read for another day, so I followed up by letting them know they came off unfriendly and it was okay for them not to be interested. The response seemed to simply be a backtrack from making a bad first impression because as they stated, they were busy, and they invited me to the shop to get the vibe of it. It seems like a nice gesture but at this point why would I want my products in a place that interacts with new people in an unfriendly manner because they are busy ? First impressions make a huge difference and this was not a great one. No matter what the reason was. Being a small business owner is hard enough and there was no feeling of community in our short interaction. So if you're a local Bipoc in Tucson looking for businesses that may carry your products, look past this one...

Was to busy and couldn't find what i was looking for. Mystic Cavern Metaphysical had bigger selection and nice atmosphere as well.
