Lexus of Tucson on Speedway

This is my second purchase from this dealership in the last few years, upon deciding I needed a bigger vehicle to cart my big pups around in. Both instances Mark Weiss delivered exceptional service in the entire process. I am not a fan of buying a car (is anyone?) and the sale path/sitting around a dealership all day but that was not my experience here! The service department is excellent as well, and I am a big fan of the roses I received for both my purchases!

I want to commend Mark Weiss and his crew on assisting me purchase my 2022 Lexus ES350 F Sport. Mark from the get go was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He did everything he could for me to buy from his dealership and not Phoenix. I was going back and forth with both dealers and he gave me an "offer I couldn't refuse" the car is beautiful, loaded, and sporty. I had traded in my 2019 Lexus ES350 for this one. Also this dealership does not add a "Market Adjustment" which is basically an added fee over the MSRP to increase a dealer's profit. Many dealers do this and they claim it's because of limited supply. Lexus of Tucson DOES NOT do this. If you want a quality car go to Lexus of Speedway. I enjoyed my experience. Thanks.

Took our NX 350 in for 5000 mil service, waited for completion of service. We waited in the upstairs area while our service advisor Nina gave us updates on our progress. We also decided to add wheel balance and alignment. Service was great, and I got a follow up call from the dealer next day. We are making Tucson Lexus our regular dealer for service.

I was having a hard time searching for a reliable, well taken care of used vehicle in Tucson. I was ready to give up and saw this Honda pilot at Royal Lexus, the car looked too clean to be true and I had to call to make sure the picture matched the same car I was looking at online. Todd Hollander answered my call and helped me out through the whole process. Todd even mentioned he could bring the car to me, due to my busy schedule. I had was very impressed with the service Todd provided and couldn't be happier!! Todd mentioned that Royal Lexus makes sure the car has been thoroughly inspected and reconditioned before it's out for sale. I couldn't believe how clean and well taken care of the pilot was for being a 2016. I have to say, Todd made my used car purchase very smooth and easy! I highly recommend Todd Hollander if you're looking to purchase a vehicle, he is very easygoing and helpful and I felt no pressure whatsoever. The entire buying experience was outstanding. Blake showed me the various vehicles I was interested in and went over the differences. This was a no pressure, no haggle, no anxiety purchase. Todd was easy to talk to and work with on the vehicle of my choice. I got a fair deal on my trade in and was overall happy with the whole process. Very thorough and great communication. If you remain on site while your vehicle is being serviced there is a very nice snack and coffee bar.

Cameron Robinson (Cami) our sale's person, was absolutely fabulous. She is professional, knowledgeable and all around delightful.The Lexus product is excellent as is their service department (Nina). Dave in production was also a pro as is Rick in the tech department. He is patient and smart..So having someone such as Cami just adds to the incredible overall experience.
