My parents bought a car here and found out after they already bought it that a tire has a bent rim! and they don't want to replace it only cover half of the fee. That's insane and horrible customer service. Do not come here. They should be responsible for sell the car in that condition

100% will not buy a car from any other dealership probably in my life again. I have had several vehicles from this specific location. Each purchase has been seamless. The service department is like no other. I owned a Jeep for maybe 6 months I purchased from Jeep brand new the entire deal was so bad I went to Lexus and traded it in for another Lexus and decided that I am just a forever Lexus lady. Wish I could give 10 stars for sure. Peggy is my favorite in service and she 100% is always the sweetest and most caring person makes you feel like family.

I was looking for the perfect third row with the features I wanted on a very specific budget. After a month of searching I landed on a vehicle at Lexus. The whole team worked hard to assist me in my car buying journey. I also had a young child with me and they were all very accommodating to her as well which means a lot. The finishing touches after my purchase were a pleasant surprise. They helped me program my phone and garage door opener and even had a bouquet of flowers on my front seat. i just bought a ls 500 at this dealership lexus of tucson at the auto mall. they worked with me on every item that was important never gave me the impresson couldn't be done.one of the biggest challenges was that in 2024 they changed the bolt pattern and as it turned out they now had bolt up wheels no more lug nut pattern. this left me with only 2 choices for wheels and i didn't care for either one. my business managar and i suggested having one set sent out to be chromed and see if that would make the car more to how we thought the ls 500 should look "classy". the general manager (adam bredenkamp) was very gracious and agreed to honor our request. mr. bredenkamp advised it could take up to five weeks well he was able to get it all completed in four weeks.as any real car enthusiast knows wheels give the car an added touch of class and i am happy to say these wheels turned out fantastic several folks have already indicatied they are a real touch of class.we worked with two very professional individuals on the purchase of this car and we want to thank them:mr. adam bredenkamp general sales manager and ms. laura lavander sales person they make a great team and they treated us with the upmost respect through the entire transaction. respectfully,steve and rich

My family as well as myself we all bought from here. Biggest mistake we made!! They add warranties that you are not aware that they have flexibility to go down for the chosen I paid full price when I went to cancel I wasn't given that option,my other family member tried to cancel and they cut the price not fair or good business, and the finance department guy named Rick was so rude and said I'm to busy to take a large check to paydown my loan. And my salesman first off everything was good then the promises that he made didn't come through Gavin didn't show me all the fea of my car so I'm still learning it on my own. So let down would never shop them again!!!

I had the low tire pressure light come on my dash indicating very low pressure in one of my tires. I was able to drive to Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall (where I bought the car) and despite the fact that they were completely booked for service that day, Richard Lake said he would try squeeze me in to take a look at the tire. I only had to wait an hour before Richard told me that a nail was the culprit and that the tire had been repaired. It was quite a relief that the incident did not ruin my day as I had important meetings to attend. Thank you to Richard and the service team to have taken care of my relatively minor repair so quickly and efficiently. The Lexus Service Team is one of the main reasons that I buy Lexus vehicles (I have an RX350 and an ES350 and love them both!). Thank you Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall!

I've purchased two certified pre-owned Lexus vehicles at this dealer in 2023 and 2024. Both times I worked with the same sales person, Chris Valerio. I've found Chris to be very professional and direct during the negotiations, no game playing, and he is very knowledgable regarding the models. He is quick to respond to any questions via email, text, or phone and has also been helpful with helping me resolve a few minor issues with service after the purchase. On top of that he's just a truly nice guy. I highly recommend the dealership in general and Chris Valerio in specific if you are interested in purchasing a Lexus. We have been very happy with four different Lexus vehicles we have purchased over a long period of time.

Took my wife's NX here for years when any service was due. Called to schedule, was questioned what I need and they would call back. They didn't call back. I waited 7 hours and called again to make an appointment. Never had to work this hard for a maintenance appointment and rather rude staff. We are about to purchase a new Lexus and will not be going here.

I purchased two vehicles from JAG always took it to Peggy at Lexus at the auto mall she is no longer with them I had the worst time trying to make an appointment just for a simple oil change spoke with Lou who hung up on me twice left a message for Brian never got a call back spoke with Jessica and yanina Morris she said a service manager would contact me. Never happened so she made me a appointment at Lexus on speedway she said I would get a loaner. Showed up called the service manager left a message he calls me back telling me brain always calls back he never did I told him about the loaner he said they would not tell me that. He said send screenshot gave me this email [email protected] for proof. Didn't work. So I emailed the owner at [email protected] and still have not heard anything from anyone. I am an army veteran you would think they would care at least a little about the customers they have. Shame on all of them. They did end up giving me a loaner so I guess that was kinda good.
