Jennifer and Jeff greeted me with a smile and displayed genuine concern and care in my health issue and medical needs.They were warm, professional, respectful and made me feel very comfortable. In fact, I was especially impressed when Jennifer called the vendor directly to get my special order ASAP.Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. My elderly father was hospitalized with COVID-19 and one of the only things that he could eat was Gelatein high protein cups. Jennifer, the owner of Lexicon, promised next day delivery at $2.25 a cup for a case of 36 units for a total of $81. They called the next morning to tell me that it had arrived and when I went in to pick it up, they jacked up the price to $3.99 a cup for a total of $143.64 a case. This is almost double the price available online. I can only speculate that they decided to price gouge me because of my father's dire situation. Incidentally, their phone system is substandard. More often than not, I just got a busy signal when I called. Additionally, upon entry the store was surprisingly disorganized and untidy for a medical supply store. Do not do business with these unscrupulous people.

Absolutely horrible service by the young man with dreadlocks. My disabled mother didn't understand that she was trying to purchase a "display" item. The young man yelled at her and tried to pull the item out of her hands. She tugged back, not understanding what was going on. The man then refused her service and told her to leave, which is his right. But when she was walking out of the door m, already on her way out, this man grabbed my elderly mother by the arm and shoved her through the door. When I called to speak to the manager, the man answered and laughed at me. Refused to pass my phone number along to his seniors. We are filing a police report. I absolutely do not recommend ANYONE, let alone anyone with a disability, shop at this store. Your physical safety is at stake.

Was so happy to come across THIS medical supply store! My horse just had a laceration repair on his heel bulb. His veterinarian recommended keeping it covered for FOUR days. He initially placed a bandage... however, my horse decided to wear a hole through the bandage on the SECOND day! Ugh!! Long story short, I was looking for a store that carried iodine scrub, solution, saline irrigation AND 4"x4" gauze squares. Jennifer answered the phone when I called to see if they had it (none of the local pharmacies carried the iodine SCRUB). I was SO happy to be able to swing by and pick the stuff up. It is WAY less expensive than the tack stores! While I was there, I picked up the 3" Sensi Wrap, which is the same thing as Vet Wrap! I would DEFINITELY recommend this store to owners of injury-prone horses. Save yourself some time AND money. Go here FIRST.

I needed a very specialized wound supply. One after another store practically laughed at my inquiries. One clerk finally suggeted Lexicon.The clerk there responded that he had three envelopes of the product and would hold them for me until I could drive there. He almost literally saved my life!The store is small, but the service is giagantic!

I did phone to describe the catheter product I was looking for and the woman told me that they did have it. Thankfully they are only a few miles from my home, got my product, grateful that they have the exact device I need. Earlier Internet searches and proved fruitless.

Nice person served us, but the product was mediocre. We were in search of N95 masks for an upcoming trip. I can't speak to the quality of the material itself, but the connection between the straps and the face covering is not up to standard. Rather than being sewn on, there is simply a staple-like connector. I doubt that it will last. I do not think a reputable store should advertise N95 masks, which is a high standard, and then deliver subpar product. It was not inexpensive either, by any standard. Disappointed.

I stopped in to pick up some masks & gloves since everyone else was out. The staff was extremely friendly and one of the Owners helped me pick the right gloves from their large number of options. Great service & pricing!

I immediately needed some surgical tape, and Lexicon Medical Supply happened to be open. I called and was told they had the exact item I needed in stock, and so I drove by and immediately got safe-distancing service at their door. They were recommended by my local Tucson dermatologist. Thanks for the great service.

If I was going to pick any medical supply store, it would be this one. A guy named Robbie helped me and he really knew what he was talking about. 10/10 would recommend
