Levi’s Outlet Store

Went in to specifically purchase a certain size of 505's. Found one pair tried them on, they fit perfect. Asked the sales associate for a second pair as they are 50 percent off the second pair. I was told that was the only pair in that size. I asked "are you sure", since there's a whole rack of different sizes. I was told "yes I'm sure". I searched and found a second pair. Other than this, it's a very clean store.

I had a ton of online orders I needed to return (cyber Monday deals!) and expected the process to be super difficult, especially with the difficulties businesses have faced due to COVID-19. I was super happy that I received the opposite experience the day I came in. I also had my 3 year old in tow. The girls working the registers were amazing. First, they didn't look at me like I had 5 heads whilst returning a zillion jeans. Second, they got to work quickly and started organizing the jeans and orders. Third, their attitude throughout the process was wonderful. They were patient and sweet. I really appreciated their kindness and accuracy during the return process. My husband went in a few weeks later and had a similar experience with a male employee there. Bottom line: Levi's workers are on their A-Game!

The young lady who helped me was quite pleasant and diligently searched for a pair of jeans in my size, but they were out of them. In both the 501 and the 505 style. Yep, I'm a big boy. But they did have them in one size smaller in those two styles. And they had them in my size but in a different style. Totally a bummer.Also, $39 seems high for a "sale" price on jeans. Sure, they're Levi's but that is a bit much for an "outlet" mall.

Eh, this Levi's store is ok. It's not very "outlet" like, though, because the prices seem rather high. I wouldn't consider much in the store any time I've been there to be a great or even really good sale. The prices are just ok.They do have a very large selection of clothing, especially jeans. Which is the best part of this store. Its perimeter is lined with jeans of all types and sizes. They have some other clothing in the middle of the store, too. Everything is good, solid, Levi's quality that you would expect from the brand. The store is a decent size, and it's organized and laid out nicely.The employees are super helpful and friendly. They definitely want to help if they can. This store is worth going to, especially if you're looking for a pair of decently priced jeans.

I was searching for a smaller size. Asked one girl if what was displayed was all they had and she said no we can look up sizes. She handed me off to a guy who straight up told me he doesn't understand woman's sizes (Width and Length). I had to explain to him slowly what sizes I needed after already explaining it to the girl. There was no communication between the two employees and I shouldn't have to explain the dynamics of the sizes considering they work there. They have no idea what they're doing so it would be nice to hire and train your young employees accordingly. Never going back.

I was able to get a wonderful pair of jeans ordered by Louis. The service at this store was beyond exceptional and I am so pleased with my purchase. It is employees like Louis and others that make the Levi's name one to be proud of.
