I went to Lisa for about 5 years. When I wanted to grow my hair out long, it would take more of her time. One day she held up a the front sides of my hair and said they were uneven. I said well, don't even them out, that would take away all my length. So, I had uneven hair for months. I should have stopped going to her then, but I didn't because I'm loyal. Long story short, not sure what she did, but she ended up frying all of my hair off. Literally my hair was, and still is almost a year later, so thin. She fried chunks off of my hair. I've had to put in fake clip ons to hide it. I'm going to a new person that is working on getting it healthier. I use all good hair products and I tipped her very good, so I'm not sure why she would have done this, except that my longer hair took longer. She should have just told me she doesn't do long hair. I'll post some pics of the before and after. I just want others to know, because it literally takes years to grow it back.Update: Added pictures of before and after. I didn't have any of it immediately after, because I always had my fake hair clip ons in my hair.

Had my lash extensions done here and they came out SO PERFECT. I've had bad experiences elsewhere with the lash tech not understanding what I wanted but Vannette took the time to ask me questions about how I wanted my lashes to look and she explained how she would achieve those results. Pros: -EXACTLY what I wanted. Best lashes ever.-Extremely good prices.-QUICK service! Full set in under 2 hours-the table is soooo comfy. You won't hurt from laying still. -Free brow tint Cons: -I didn't find any cons here. I'm so glad I found this salon.

I had should length hair that I was very tired of - and wanted a shorter cut. Sunshine delivered!! She really took her time to ensure the ends were even and styled it beautifully! Horrible experience!!! I had to go to yelp because the owner blocked me from posting a review on her website. That tells you everything. I went to Karen because she's listed as a color expert. The only good thing that happened was that she got me in quickly the next day before I went on a trip to California. Everything else went downhill from there. I have dark blonde hair kind of ashy with silver in it. I told her I just want everything evened up and I don't even want people to notice that I got anything done. She said she would do a gloss. Natural and healthy. Well to make a very very long story shorter, my hair turned DARK brick red. My vacation was completely ruined because all I could see was horrible horrible hair in the mirror everywhere I went. My husband hated it. I hated it. I was lying in my bed at 6:30 in the morning texting Karen saying what in the world can I do to fix this?? It was just an absolute nightmare. Looking back, she is a very rushed person to begin with. The owner said that is her personality. So, I was sitting in the chair and she gave me color swabs and said what do you want and actually I didn't even like any of them but I told her you are the expert.... I don't know. Then she said well looking at these swabs it's going to come out different anyways so then I really said okay I don't know. I should have walked out right then. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and said you are the color expert... do your thing. Couple minutes later she's mixing the colors putting it on my hair and as she was blow drying it I thought for sure I saw hot roots and she said No. But sure enough when I got home the hot roots were exploding. I had dark orange on the top of my head and then the other part was turning brick red at a fast rate. I called her when I got home and said this is not good!!! So she went to Sally's beauty supply to get me some color depositing shampoo but it did not work. I don't know why she didn't just bring me back to the salon and try to fix it before my vacation. So then after a ruined vacation I called the owner on my way home from California I was talking to her for about an hour and all she did was blame me and act like it was my fault. At the end she said well we can bleach it and add some green toner but then I started second-guessing that because they seemed to just be blaming me and did I want to go under their "knife" again??! Especially now that they were angry at me??! So I went in and talked to the owner and showed her what my hair look like and said the right thing to do would be to give me my money back. I only got my tip back and I got the $10 that they overcharged me. So then I made an appointment with a much better salon and I was going to pay $160 to get my hair bleached because after using clarifying shampoo a dozen times, using vitamin c, and using baking soda the new stylist said she could not believe how much red I had in my hair!! She said she would need to do a full highlight with mini bleach all over my head just to break up the red. So I went back and talked to the original owner of the salon that turned my hair red (les cheveux salon) and said the right thing would be to refund to my money. She looked at me and said, "Look my salon did my hair yesterday and it turned green and so now they're going to have to start fixing it." Are you kidding me??????!!!!!! I have no absolute idea why she would tell me that but I'm glad she did. I think she was trying to make me feel better but I guess it's apples and oranges they turned her hair green and they turned my hair red. All I can say is stay far far away. The other thing is that through out this whole ordeal, Karen said multiple times to me what a sweet lady I was. I was soooo nice. Most people would be yelling at me.... you're soooo nice etc etc. She was saying this hoping I wouldn't leave a review. I wasn't going to but after all they put me through, others deserve to know what happens here.

The one with the loud mouth--toots her own horn constantly--butchered my hair so badly that my husband begged me not to go back. When I showed the problem to a couple of friends, they also commented that the cut was very odd. The stylist also made lots of negative comments about how my former stylist had made so many terrible mistakes--she had not. That's not a professional way to do business. I will never return.
