LemonShark Poke - Tucson

I've been trying to find a solid poke place in Tucson and this is a decent place. I ordered a build your own poke bowl. The ingredients appeared fresh and I appreciated the variety of toppings available! Unfortunately my biggest turnoff was the tempura flakes. They were pretty oily and greasy tasting which dampened the overall otherwise fresh ingredients. I would come again to give another shot but would definitely not recommend the tempura flake toppings.

I have been on a hunt for good poke lately, and this place is right next to where my husband works. So we decided to give it a try on his lunch break. The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is both very open and calming. It is nice and cool as well. The service is friendly, and with it being our first time there, the person behind the counter explained how everything works. I ordered the 3 scoop poke bowl, and my husband got the sticky pineapple chicken (extra spicy). I am giving minus 1 star (really only a half star, but that's not an option) as the tuna in my bowl tasted a little off, but everything altogether tasted great. My poke bowl was very refreshing and was exactly what I needed.They have a lot of options to try so I am sure we will definitely be back for lunch again soon!

Nice and clean place with awesome food and service. Easy parking, no wait.Very satisfying

First time here and won't be my last. The poke bowl was a decent size and ingredients were fresh. The guys working were really nice and patient and let me try the spicy tuna, which I didn't care for so I was thankful to try it first. I got a single scoop with Hawaiian Ahi, half greens half rice, cucumbers, edamame, seaweed salad, eel sauce and spicy mayo with crunchy onions on top. It was delicious. They should add a water dispenser since the soda machine only had soda water.

I was in town this past weekend and had a friend bring her poke bowl over, she gave me a bite and I was literally hooked!I had to stop and get a bowl before I left town!The location is great, the atmosphere inside is inviting, bright and welcoming.The service was fantastic, he walked me through everything since I personally had never been there!!Food is so fresh and appetizing, so much flavor packed in a bowl!!I will definitely be going back, I honestly wish they had one out where I'm at! I highly recommend everyone trying the "shark bite sauce" they have I got it on the side because it's pretty spicy but adds so much flavor to every bite!

My first time at LemonShark and I absolutely loved the food and all the options. Honestly so much better than one of their competitors further east on Grant. The man behind the counter that served us was so helpful when we told him it was our first time. When I told him I was considering one of the signature bowls, he recommended doing a build it yourself bowl since I wasn't really keen on a bunch of rice. He was very helpful to my husband who doesn't typically eat this type of food and likes cooked meat, LOL. I ended up with greens and soba noodles as my base (you can split your base with two options!) and two different types of ahi. All of the ingredients are fresh and delicious and plentiful! My guy got coconut shrimp as his protein and various other items in his bowl.I would eat at LemonShark again in a heartbeat and can't wait to go back.

I really like this place. It's kinda pricey for lunch but you definitely get fresh ingredients and you won't go hungry. Service is always fast and friendly and the place is really cute inside. I usually get food to go. The lemonade is really good and I get it every time!

My first time trying this place, I was awes by the ambiance it looked so modern and clean. Love the interior design! We were greeted by friendly faces with smiles on their face. Very helpful and acknowledging. Since we told them it was our first time there, they were very helpful on suggesting which is good. They give you a lot of food! They're not skimpy. They're one scoop of protein is enough for me. I can eat this every day. I just wish they have another location closer to our house.

I tried this location 2 summers ago and was ready to not come back. Admittedly, this previous visit to LemonShark was shortly after having exceptionally fresh fish from an coastal area which I believed skewed my perception of LemonShark. More recently some buddies and I were craving something fresh and wanted to try it again! I am glad we did. All the staff were super friendly and talking with us. They were happy to give us recommendations and maybe this is what made me have a better entree experience. I liked my salmon, made it a bit spicy, and balanced it out with some seaweed salad. A bit on the pricier side, but exactly what I would expect to pay for fish in the desert. I will be back to try more combos!

It's a different poke now. Still same amazing sushi and rolls. Fish is fresh and service is super! I've eaten here for almost a year. It's awesome, inexpensive, tasty and quick. Nice clean comfortable dining area if you choose to dine in. They even have a few board games. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
