I find it funny how the two negative reviews for this school live out of state and the three positives live in Arizona...Took a tour of the preschool and extremely impressed by the value/virtue based culture here with the classical education!

Administration was always unresponsive and dismissive. It gets worse every year. Also, it looks like the founders are no longer involved

This ducking school sucks I got suspended for FRICKING RUNNJNG UP TO SOMEONE in lunch didn't hurt em didn't even touch I wasn't aggressive or anything I just talked to him that's the conversation was just about video games and tv shows I just ran up to him and I got expelled just for laughing At a dirty joke remind you I wasn't the one who made the I just laughed I get expelled and the person who just got a lunch detention. I won't recommend this school due to the unfairness over there

Incredibly unprofessional. Got hung up on mid question. Also got called about job application that was submitted FIVE months ago. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Not great. The commutation is awful. The coursework is ok, but very little is actually taught by the "teacher" and questions were not answered. Low grades not justified with any reasoning (still waiting for a response). Had my son in tears. Avoid this school if you can.

Avoid the central location at all means nothing but issues there. The administration is terrible and will lie to your face and make everything your fault and make every excuse to avoid taking responsibility. We switched from the Marana location because it was closer to where we worked and where the other parent lived. We are pulling out and putting them back at the Marana location who are far friendlier, don't lie to your face and are actually accountable.

The school does require a commitment with homework and challenges our kids mentally. We have seen growth in our kids both academically and socially which is wonderful. It is definitely a place I would recommend. They do a great job in my opinion and are always making incremental improvements.

Bad news: this nice-on-paper school appears to be some kind of Trump cult. I took a tour of Leman Academy last week, read and watched all of their informational videos about their value, etc. I was told by the Central Campus Principal that Leman Academy will not be requiring masks of its teachers or students during the Covid-19 outbreak--because the teachers and parents had voted on it. In disbelief, I called around looking for clarification, but the Principal of the Marana campus stated, "when school reopens, I can tell you that the vast majority of our teachers and students will not be wearing masks." The principal went on to brazenly lie about the science behind Covid, State of Arizona policy, Pima County Heath advisory, and CDC guidelines for keeping people safe. This school will inevitably end up killing a student, teacher, or family member. Stay far away.

This school has brought so much joy to my scholar! He loves going to school everyday! The teachers that he's had have all been so amazing and showed great passion when teaching. I hope they open up a high school to continue their amazing philosophy. Wouldn't send my kids anywhere else!!! And thank you so much for respecting all opinions and opening this school year, as well as giving a virtual option. I'm sure that it has been so difficult to try and accommodate all families and scholars. You guys are awesome! Keep doing what you're doing!!!

Leman Academy is a great school with caring teachers. The classical style of education with Saxon math is wonderful. The scholars are kind and very polite. Since reopening, the school follows guidelines and takes precautions for the safety of staff and students. The school's focus is on the education and safety. Since covid it seems education has suffered tremendously, but Leman has proven its commitment to the children. In spite of the school closures, fears, frustrations and pandemic Leman Academy has provided options for families to ensure education is continued and at a higher level than that of public schools. Unfortunately because of covid everyone has had to make uncomfortable choices and regardless of options or views, it seems as though the current situation is not ideal for anyone but Leman Academy is a really good school.
