Lee's Store

My friend and I went here yesterday for some hair extensions and we left with $50 worth of makeup! They have everything! Eyelashes, makeup except for gray lipstick : ( our shopping experience was good : ) the amount of wigs is insane! I highly recommend this place when you want to feel fabulous! The best hairstylist's say that when you want blonde highlights get some tape in or clip in extensions so that your hair doesn't melt off, human hair is the way to go so you can curl it, dye it whatever color your heart desires.

Come in get great hair at a fabulous price!!! I also have a great deal when you check in with yelp you get a discount on the hair you purchase.I love this location used to have a lot of different varieties it seems like more recently they don't have as much of a variety but I'll still shop here.

Jesus was very helpful! Even though I came into the store close to closing time he still took his time to find me the right hairpiece for me. I was so happy with what he helped me pick out that I came back and got another one! He is an asset to Lee's! Thanks for your help and patience Jesus!

Where do I begin. I'm AA natural and often consider alternative hair styles up to and including braids and weaves. I was referred to Lee's as an alternative to online retailers to see and touch the hair and for products. That's a joke. Their product aisle is just that, one aisle and it's mostly full of relaxers. Fine, I can shop elsewhere for my hair product.The hair quality is mediocre, at best, you're far better off shopping at an online hair retailer or driving to Phoenix. The icing on the cake is the rude, petty and ignorant employee. There's one girl who works there who apparently does nothing but apply copious amounts of bronzer to her cheeks and, presumably, take selfies. She knows nothing about blending, or anything else, and has a horrible attitude. The guy is nicer but I'm fairly sure he's not a native English speaker and wasn't sure how to help.Also FYI, I had to report them to Visa and MasterCard for their illegal credit card policy. Note, they are by law not permitted to have a minimum purchase amount over $10. You CAN use a credit card for less than their absurd minimum of $80. And, if they don't permit it, file a grievance with Visa and MasterCard online. I've also reported them to the Attorney General's consumer office as they collect these violations and can issue fines.If you're here for this, you can call VISA at 1-800-VISA-911 and MasterCard actually has a form you can report them to online! You can always call the number on the back of the card too.I would save my money though. The store was majorly unimpressive unless you're looking for cheap trendy, fake looking hair for Halloween.

Service is great! I asked if they had a particular wig and the young lady directed me right to it! Prices aren't bad either. Comparable to other wig stores I've visited. Good to see they are still here as I've moved away from the state but know when I'm in town I'll have somewhere to go!

Beyond amazing.Had to purchase last minute hair due to my stylist blindsiding me with changing her cost in hair. So I went here and oh my gosh. I walk in and was greeted right away. I started walking around browsing not knowing what to look for since I usually buy my hair online. The manager asked if I needed help and I told him. He was showing me high quality hair that was out of my budget. I told him I had 70$ to spend ):What he did was he got me two bundles that were 70$ each on sale originally nearly 100$ a box and charges me exactly 70$ for both! Tax included .. I am so great fun! He said it was for my birthday since my birthday is this week. Plus they carry all of the LA girl glazed lipgloss which are amazing! I will be returning again.

I previously gave Lee's a 4 rating but I'm updating that and giving it a 3. The reason I'm doing this is because I recently went in there and now they're making you wear masks after being open during the whole quarantine time and not requiring you to wear a mask. I don't understand why the owner implemented the mask thing the CDC said that masks don't do any good and that they may even make you sicker. I don't know if it was pressure from the state or what. I called and I Expressed my disappointment with management, and management told me that The employees didn't like the masks either because they could hardly breathe in them and they are uncomfortable. He also said that I could order online, which I was fine with me because I was not going to wear a mask. He also told me that I could come to the store, park out front and then call and tell them what I wanted and they would bring it to my car. I thought "Oh that sounds really good, but when I got there, they were busy and I called and I told them what I wanted and the girl came out to my car and took my money went back into the store and I waited another 20 minutes for her to bring my product out and to bring me my change. (This was even after the store wasn't busy) They were mad because they were busy and that they had to bring my stuff out to my car. I would never have done that, but the manager was the one that offered it so I did it but the workers were mad and they didn't like it because they were busy so I think they made me wait on purpose. I don't appreciate it one bit. I will not be going back to Lee's. I do spend a lot of money there but I will not be going back I will order online or go to hair club. The man there is very nice helpful, and very honest.

On the few occasions I come to this establishment I leave a happy customer. Don't feel intimidated or shy if you see nothing but males behind the counter. My experience at this business is the men were more knowledgeable & kind than the female employees lol & that's okay. As you walk in everyone welcomes you in a delightful way. Everything is well organized & clean. Got a question or need suggestions or help don't hesitate to ask! Many products to choice from.

Great! They had what I needed, and couldn't find anywhere else. They helped me to avoid ordering online from Amazon. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great selection. Highly recommend. Will be returning. Great for personal or professional needs.

Went here today 10/19/21 at 1230 the lady working today she is small hispanic possibly. She is has a very rude tone, she told me i needed my covid card to try anything on in a bad tone, then I gave it to her then she had the same nasty tone again im a cancer patient and a doctor looking for a wig sad to have to deal with poor customer service when you are sick. If you want to feel like a little kid being talked down to or if you want to feel like a criminal then shop here people dont know how to talk at this place rude tones silly wont go back. Amazon!!!! Is great u don't have to deal with sour faced associates. I had not been to Lee's since 10 years back and nothing has changed they make you feel horrible, if I am spending my hard earn cash I want to be treated nicely the same way I treat people, I am not sure if Lees associates profile or assume everyone is coming in to shoplift, so they are just rude to everyone not sure but save ur self from getting mad, amazon etsy u can find a wig anywhere even other stores in Tucson forget Lee's.
