Le Cave's Bakery & Donuts

For years have been a customer of La Cave's bakery and donuts. They used to have a larger location on Sixth Street. Some years back after I worked my night shift, I would go there to buy few dozen donuts, usually glazed and bring them back for the staff lounge, as a treat for the morning shift. At some point, they had to close due to roof damage and they never opened that Sixth street location again. Luckily for me, they opened another location near my house on 22nd and Alvernon. I've been going through the drive-through just buying donuts for myself for 3 years or so. I learned on Monday they were closing for good. It's so hard to imagine because they're so tasty and then they even have a drive-through! Yesterday my former boss called after hearing the news herself, just to be sure I knew Le Caves was closing and talk about our donut memories from fifteen years ago. I'll miss their yummy treats because they have tres leches, great glazed donuts ( I must have purchased 100's), Bismarck's and eclairs. I know they did custom cakes, but I never did buy a cake. I sure do like all their pastries. I no longer bring dozens of donuts to the office, since my work changed and COVID changed how people work. Thanks for surviving the global pandemic and giving Tucson tasty donuts and pastries.

I know this place is closing at the end of the week, but I just wanted to show some support. It was a dear friends favorite, and the donuts are good. I got three this morning and have already eaten two! Stop in for their last week of business and show them some support!

Every time I have an appointment in Tucson I try to visit this delicious spot!!! My absolute favorite is the whipped cream donut! It is covered in chocolate with another dollop of whipped cream on top! I also got the blueberry fritter, chocolate long john and raspberry biszmark. All look amazing!!!

So good. I'm glad I found these amazing donuts. The fillings are to die for. Just straight up delicious! The service is swift and friendly. It's a real basic set up inside. Very straightforward and easy to navigate. I will definitely be back!

Who would've thought Tucson had grade A vegan donuts?! So glad they open early and would grab half a dozen, every single one was fantastic!

You need to check their hours. They open early and close early. First thing in the morning is best to catch your yummy bakery favorites! You can also call ahead & reserve your order.EVERYTHING is delicious but they only make a few of each. No problem, try something new! Haven't been disappointed yet!My favorites are chocolate or cheese croissants. Even plain croissants are buttery and delicious. Also love their cheese danish and the lobster tails.Highly recommend!

Not a huge selection but hands down the best donuts in town! My friend had her wedding catered from them and it was such a cute assortment of pastries and a great substitute if you're not a big fan of cake which they also have available by order.

Although far from me, I'm north side of Tucson near Oracle and Le Caves is south, I am happy to make the journey because the continuous great service and donuts! It's been around for some time now and always has a variety of vegan friendly donuts that are so darn good.Hoping you get to visit soon! I'll snag some pics next time :)

Best in Tucson! Their donuts are consistently great. Maple donuts and Apple fritters are my go to donuts here.

It's not hard to count donuts. Ordered and charged us for 7 donuts and we got home to only have 5 in the box. Tried calling 3x to speak to someone about it and the phone just rings. Won't be back.
