After using our trailer for the first time, we have seen the flaws which was overlooked by my husband and I before we took the trailer home. I guess we wereboth so trusting, that the people we were dealing with are trustworthy. We noticed that one of the blinds on the bunk beds is missing and the strip of LED lights for the recliner chair is missing. We tried contacting our salesman, Francisco, but he just directed us to the Service Department. And they are not very helpful, at all. It's been a few days since we have informed them about the issues, and nobody has contacted us, since. I think, they're just concerned about selling their units and not caring about their customers after they made their money. This is very disappointing. And I don't think I will do business with them next time. I don't recommend this place at all.

Sales was good, seamlessly, no issues, very smooth, of course it's all about $$$$. Purchased a used 2017 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite (1/19/24). My wife and I took her out on our first major camping trip to Grand Lake, Oklahoma. Our trip back home on June 7th, 2024 the hanger for the axle leaf spring separated from the from and caused damage to the axle and undercarriage, including blowing out a tire. The insurance company denied the coverage due to wear and tear, existing rust and stress cracks in that area of the frame. The sales manager (Art) of Lazydays in Tucson said that they are not responsible...... and it's past the 30-day purchase warranty. I was never asked to purchase anything other coverages either. How can an RV business sell a unit that was not thoroughly inspected properly. Are they that desperate to sell units as is without any disclosures. Apparently they are...Lazydays:Annual sales loss.... 2021 = 82 million 2022 = 66 million 2023 = 110 million, their largest LOSSPlease be aware of their business tactics, just saying. We are out $16,500.00I have attached a couple of photos for reference... a lot more damage was done though.

Brought our RV in to have warranty issues checked out on our Solitude 390RK. Noah and Bobby Ray did a fantastic job going through my list today and explained what they would be requesting approval from Grand Design for.

After an extended appointment wait time, and initial positive response, no further progress could be made. Even after confirming that repairs were not complicated and parts would be ordered so that accurate estimate could be given, we are still waiting over two weeks later. We feel we are a low priority to the Lazydays RV business even after 3 follow up calls to Ben the representative there.

Terrible experience here. We found a used 2020 Airstream we wanted. My wife and I went down there to look at the airstream and it looked like it was in pretty good shape. We asked the sales guy if we could have the Airstream pre inspected and he (Todd) said that Lazy Days wouldn't allow any pre inspection. That should have been our red flag. The sales guy Todd told us that Lazy Days does a full checkup of the vehicle when they get them in. He also mentioned that all used RVs come with a 30 day warranty. Well you could tell there was no pre check up done to this vehicle. The black tank still had 10% of someone's else's shit inside of it. We decided to make an offer but had a list of things we wanted fixed and put them in the offer to Lazy Days. They accepted our offer and agreed to fix the items we wanted fixed. They said we could pick up the Airstream in one week. We show up one week later and the sales guy drives us over to the covered parking garage where we are to meet Troy who would go over the Airstream with us. A crash course in how to learn your Airstream. We noticed that none of the things we requested in our offer were fixed. Not one single thing fixed. I complained loudly about it and Todd the salesman apologized and said well you get 30 day warranty and to bring it back into the shop for them to fix stuff. We noticed the windows in the front of the airstream has the weather stripping coming out of them. We also noticed a broken metal bracket that holds a drawer closed was broken. Todd said those things were not likely to be covered under the warranty. Well guess what -- there is nothing we requested that this pathetic warranty covers. I read the fine print on the warranty and it is for like general stuff like if your AC or Heater stops working. I should have made more of stink and told them I wasn't going to sign off on the airstream until they fixed all the things they agreed to fix. Todd kept reassuring me that everything could be fixed with the warranty and Lazy Days would make it right. Yeah right! We should read more of the reviews of this place because they are terrible. We love our airstream and we hope ( fingers crossed we don't run into any major repairs) that everything will be okay with it. Absolutely terrible service. Typical sales where they promise you the world and then you sign off and then they forget all about you.

Lazy says it all. Had warranty work done. They replaced skylight and it leaked first storm after they finished. They wanted to charge me to look it over! Needless to say we go elsewhere now for any work.

I got a good rv. They just screwed me with a dock fee that they said was cheaper, upon research was almost double the amount it is elsewhere, and promised a TV that would be added for free and later said it was just installation. Good rvs. Shady business style

If you're an out of town buyer and even a littlePicky I wouldRecommend getting a third party inspection. While the sales person tried to talk me out of it, I was fortunate to have it done. Saved me from a lot of future headaches.
