If I could give zero stars, I would. The woman working here was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was in the process of washing my laundry when she approached me aggressively, pointing at some pet hair and debris from a blanket. I was already cleaning it up, but instead of letting me handle it, she proceeded to loudly accuse me of having dog feces all over my laundry (which was absolutely not the case) and told me I had to leave.Despite my attempts to stay calm and apologize, she continued to harass me for the entire 30 minutes my load was washing, making the experience extremely uncomfortable. She even went as far as to take the cart I was using--despite there being plenty of empty ones available--just to make things more difficult for me.This is not how you treat paying customers. If you want to be berated and publicly embarrassed for no reason, this is the place to go. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.

Open later than the other laundromat's. They have machines that take cards, but still have some old school coin takers. Lady here was very helpful. Stepped right up to help when she saw me wandering around lost. I don't come to these often, but I had some large comforters to wash. She explained how things worked, which machines take cards, cost variance and anticipated wash and dry time. She speaks English and Spanish. It's Wednesday night and it's clean in here and not a lot of people.

Wanted to use the bathroom the lady literally told me I will let you in this one time, but I don't like letting nobody in there because I have to clean it and there is no garbage can in the bathroom when you dry your hands she would not sell us any quarters Because we brought dimes and nickels and told my husband literally to his face. You should've brought money if you wanted to wash there's a whole row of machines that are working and ugly and dirty and the machines that do work hardly work to take your money or your card Will not be back and will not send anybody this way to this place if I could give this place less than one star I would!!!!

Horrible service. Rude associate. Was very disrespectful and other customers spoke with me about there bad interactions as well after hearing her words towards me. I wish I took a picture of her to post but I will not be that petty.

My washing machine died yesterday. Unfortunately the closest place to my house the change machine did not work so this was the next best option. This place is nothing more and nothing less but washers and dryers.They do have drinks and snacks here with an attendant present. They have 2 sizes of washing machine so if you needed to do a comforter it is possible. Something I might try in the future is there drop off service for laundry, especially my uniforms. If I ever need quarters now I know where to go.

Took in quite a load and they got it done as agreed and in time. The quality of their service was top notch!'

I like that they have updated their washers and driers. Some things I do not like: one of ladies frequently harasses us when we are in there. God forbid you do not pull out your wash THE SECOND it stops! I will give you an example. Three of my loads stopped all at the same time. I was working on pulling out a load and my daughter was helping me. She comes over to ask who's drier the other two were. I stated they were mine. So she takes it upon herself to snap her fingers at my daughter and point at the drier, while ordering her to empty it. She also gets very territorial about the laundry baskets. She ordered me move my things out of one so another customer could use the basket to bring outside. The basket is one of two short ones available. Nevermind that I was actively using it to move my things as well. This is two of many many incidents with this lady. I only keep going to this place because it's close to my place and I can get my things done now that it is updated. LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS ALONE WHEN THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG!!!!

I dropped off my clothes for the wash and fold on 9/4/23. I went to pick them up on 9/7/23 at 7p. They gave my clothes to someone else. The owner will not contact me. I am extremely frustrated and do not have clothes.

Clean, friendly, spacious! Good safe location! We'll maintained. Nice waiting area with table space.
